Guests love the staff and service at this beachfront hotel, and its location near a convenient store and city center is a plus. The highlight is the rooftop bar with stunning beach views and attentive staff. Rooms are well-equipped with ample amenities, including bottled water, and the bathrooms are spacious. The breakfast is delicious with pastries, Asian cuisine, and attentive dining staff, all with a sea view.

For our summer break, we took the kids to Vietnam for 7 weeks. During the 7 weeks, we stayed at 10 different hotels. This was BY far and away the BEST hotel. I even ranked it higher than Sun World and VinPearl Resorts and Spa. We stayed at this hotel from June 6-10 and from June 25-July 3rd. Of note, we have stayed in Da Nang in the past and only found this hotel this time around. Location: Excellent. Right across the beach, next to where concerts are played, and tons of restaurants! Staff: The staff is totally awesome. They were extremely polite, professional, and just amazing. The manager should commend his team. Breakfast: Excellent selection. Service is absolutely amazing. I love this hotel! Room: We stayed in room 15 something from June 6-10 and room 1702 from Jun 25 - Jul 3rd. Both had different layout. It has a separate room for the adults and separate room with bunk beds for the kids. Of note, I prefer 1702, parents room can be closed and locked for privacy. Kids bunk were fine. Room was large and very comfortable. Large size fridge in room 1702 (15 something had a mini fridge). Note: the 1702 fridge can freeze water for us to carry around. Bathroom - Excellent. There is a STAND UP shower and it does NOT spill into the rest of the restroom! Amen. Only issue that I had with the bathroom was that the counter should be extended. Otherwise, that is being nitpicky. The Wifi in this hotel is amazing. It is the ONLY hotel of the 10 that we stayed that had amazing WIFI. Thank God!! Pool upstairs - excellent. They have showers and is well maintained. Water is blue and clear. And, not dirty! Overall, the value, the location, the service, and the room quality, we highly recommend this hotel for families!! We commend the owners and the management team for providing us with an amazing experience. We will be back!

We stayed at Belle Maison Parosand Hotel Da Nang and overall had a good experience. The staff were lovely and very welcoming, and the rooms were clean, with comfy beds and a great shower. The pool was also a nice spot to relax. The spa is definitely a highlight – highly recommend booking in. The restaurant, however, felt a little overpriced for what it offered, and Bar 21 cocktails were disappointing - they were not great unfortunately. Their “buy 1 get 1 free” happy hour deal is a bit misleading, as it only applies to buy 1, get one of the same drink. It would make more sense to extend the deal across the full menu – they’d probably sell more that way, too if you could try and find a drink you liked. A couple of small things to note: guests really need more than one room key. You can’t use the lifts without a key, so it becomes a hassle if one person wants to head out. Also, make sure to press the “clean my room” button if you want housekeeping, as this is how they refresh towels and service your room daily. All in all, a comfortable stay with great service, but a few areas could be improved.

We stay here for 3Nights. Parents + 3 kids (10,7,5 yo) very convinients. 1 queen bed + 1 bunk bed. The 3rd kids have extra charges for breakfast. All amenities is there. The hotel is clean, sea view. The facilities is all there even not so big, they have it all. The staff all good n polite. The location is good. Walking distance beach, shops n supermarket. **Just for a laundry bag, we just use the bag to put our dirty clothes to bring back home, not using the laundry services but they still charged upon check out. This is our first time being charged for only a laundry bag. We had traveled to several hotels in different countries and never been charged for only a laundry bag (woven/plastic) they all just foc. “Excellent hotel however if the below points can be improved then it would be much better”
We stayed at Parosand Hotel Da Nang for 5 nights. Overall, the hotel was excellent except the air conditioning system which needs to be improved. The staff were lovely. The rooms were clean with comfy beds and a great shower. The daily breadfast was good and jummy as the food is changed each day so you are not bored. The roof top pool has a nice view of the mountain and beach. The beach is safe for swimming and it has beautiful sand for relaxing and walk around. The location is so close to everything. Due to climate change, the heat in Vietnam is becoming increasingly intense, which impacts many visitors. Parosand Hotel Da Nang is already a great hotel with excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and wonderful facilities. However, if the hotel can improve the air conditioning system and ensure better cooling in the reception area, hallways, lifts, and guest rooms, it will be even better in the future. Here, I would like to recommend upgrading the air conditioning system to provide better comfort for guests and visitors. Below are a few points for consideration: (1) Reception Area: The reception area is the first point of contact for guests when they enter the hotel, and it should always be kept cool. Many overseas guests, who are not accustomed to the heat in Vietnam, will appreciate a cooler environment upon arrival. A well-conditioned reception area provides a positive first impression of the hotel. This area should also remain cool for visitors who may be stopping by. (2) Lift and Hallways: The lift and hallways should also be kept cool at all times. My room was on the 15th floor, and I stayed for 5 days, which meant I frequently used the lift and walked through the hallways. However, it seemed that the air conditioning was very weak in these areas. I recommend upgrading the system to ensure a comfortable environment in all parts of the hotel. (3) Room Air Conditioning: In my room on the 15th floor with a city view, the air conditioning was also very weak. On the first day, I spent 15-20 minutes in an uncomfortably hot room, almost like being in an oven. My body was sweating for the entire duration. Even after switching between different temperature zones, the air conditioning took too long to cool the room. In contrast, during my previous stays in Phu Quoc and Hanoi, the air conditioning in those hotels worked smoothly, and I felt cool within 2 minutes. However, at Parosand hotel in Da Nang, it took 15-20 minutes for the room to cool down. Therefore, I suggest the following options to improve comfort: (a) Upgrade to a more powerful air conditioning system in the rooms; or (b) Alternatively, the room is prepared and staff ensures that the air conditioning is turned on at least 4 hours before the guest arrives. This ensures that the room is cool before guest enters. Due to poor air cond system in room, it is suggested to inform guests to insert a dummy card to ensure the air conditioning remains on whenever they leave the room.
