The facilities are well thought of and placed in properly. Also, Its strategically located close to a shopping mall and good choices of restaurants. I must compliment on the story of Bello and Bella :) Very romantic. Facilities function well likes hot bathub & shower, Kettle, fridge, hair dryer, safety box, cool air cond, hot & cool water dispenser, wifi etc. Every Friday night there is a Night Market just behind Street of the hotel.There is a multi level indoor parking with charges imposed right opposite the hoel. The Front Desk staff is really very friendly, welcoming and charming i must say they are well trained they always offer you cup of tea or coffee while you are sitting at the lobby. The room is superb! Clean tidy and comfortable to sleep in. Most importantly I would like to point out that I'm super satisfied with the staff's service! Especially Kana the receptionist, who served us with a friendly and polite manner, then provided us few infos regarding where to shop so on. And also another Malay girl receptionist (sorry I forgot your name), she's very nice and polite too! Overall was great, I would definitely come back again!

The location is excellent. Everything is just around the corner. The room is small but I don't mind as it is very well maintained, very clean and all the staffs are very friendly. We were welcomed with a great smile and the staff even prepared us coffee and tea!

Room is not spacious but contains everything that you need inside. Feel so comfortable and overall is a very pleasant stay. Walkable distance to Cheras Leisure Mall and restaurants nearby which is very convenient. Yaya is very friendly in assisting us. Will definitely be back for another stay.

First time staying here, everything was great , room is clean and instagrammable , toilet have a small bathtub, I’m totally in with it , u can find mini mart at the same row of the hotel and Cheras leisure mall is really nearby, around 5-10minutes walk I guess , very convenient, they have two reserved parking , depends on your luck , lastly I will say that this hotel is definitely worth the price and will stay again !

For your kind information, our hotel does not longer have reserved parking at the moment due to some technical issues but since our hotel is surrounded by lots of shop lots, there are a lot of parking spaces with charges (free of charges during night time and public holiday). Moreover, there is also a Multi-Level Parking complex located right opposite our hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the hotel price is not expensive. It is situated at a very good location. The only thing missing is, there is no fridge in the hotel room. Overall am very satisfied with the hotel and will visit again.

Premium Queen Room if you are travel around this area , yeah guess this is the best.It impressed me when i reached with low expectation. Staff is really friendly , she showed me how to pay for parking fees even my checked in time was 12am. The hotel is non-smoking , the design is nice and comfortable, the room kinda small but yeah still value for the money that u pay, room have television ,kettle&coffee,lobby have filter water machine,toiletries provided and hairdryer there, oh 1 small bathtub lol. Nice hotel!
