Really comfortable and accessable to local beaches at Torquay, Angelsea and Point Roadnight. Nice bush walks through rear of property.

Perfect place for a getaway. Close to all facilities and Terry (Owner) could not do enough to make us feel at home. We have stayed here twice.

You would expect a more generous tea / coffee pack and enough towels to cater for the number of guests booked

Perfect. An induction or an itinary would have been considered informative. I think i saw a sign saying pool and spa i didnt know if there was somewhere to eat at this Bells estate. When we got the keys i would have liked to been told about these minor things. But it was no major issue we loved it

Overnight stay expecting much, disappointed”

It was disappointing to have a large spa bath in the room, with a sign above it saying, all our water comes from tanks,so use little. The bath would take hours to fill at that pressure. TV was about 10", needs updating.

羊驼与小矮马。。。”

很有趣的私家民宿，有羊驼与小矮马在酒店散步。。。早上鸟语花香。房间很大，花园很美。。。

退房后还念念不忘这里的羊驼、小马和可爱的房东老爷爷。

干净整洁”

大洋路上苍蝇实在是多，不过我们定的这间单卧室小屋还是挺不错的，好像是一个小庄园的样子，有绵羊有草泥马还有一只白头发的小黑马。环境真的挺不错，晚上还能看到满天繁星。房东爷爷人也很友善热情，虽然我英文不是很好，他还是会和我说好多。

旅程最好的屋子，只有2家的独立屋子，可以看见银河！！
