“There is no elevator, so those with suitcases should be cautious.”
I thought I chose a regular hotel with a bathtub, but it turned out to be a guesthouse-like accommodation with no elevator. I arrived at night. Self-check-in is nice, but I had to carry my suitcase up to the fourth floor. The owner was a nice person. The room was lovely, but I won't stay there again next time.

“Thank you for the hospitality”
The staff were very attentive when handling a lost and found item, which I greatly appreciated. However, the room had a noticeable humidity issue, even before and after taking a shower. Cleanliness could also be enhanced, some dust on surfaces and debris on the carpet. Overall, the hotel somewhat provides good value for money, especially for budget-conscious travelers.

“Designing needs redesign ”
Here are some recommendations: We were in a Loft room- Industrial which we didn’t book. We were just given the option of Loft. There were various Lofts in the building. Surprisingly in my country a Loft is at the very top of a building but this wasn’t. 1. Design was poor. A scattering of useless items ( guitar on the floor, a theatre light). This was just clutter, in the way. 2. This was the only room in Bellus that did not have a headboard on the bed. Sadly what was serving as a headboard was a steel pipe - in keeping with ‘ the industrial theme’. But a steel pipe is not functional and even painful. There was nothing to stop the owners from putting a headboard in front of the pipe. 3. In keeping with the scattering of useless items was a pile of really old, worm ridden, rotting books that were dusty and placed by the bedside, These were allergic and unhygienic.Unnecessary. 4. The wardrobe was a really cheap old wood one. No doors and no handles to open the drawers. It looked like it was lifted from a recycle dump. Rotten 5. Finally the zebra coloured carpet on the floor was filthy with stains. It needs replacing. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again in that room ever. I thought I booked a much better one. It seems we were just dumped in the cheap one. Otherwise, the staff were nice, the room was attended to daily by housekeeping. It was quiet.

The design concept of this room is centered around a western vintage and industrial style. Some of the furniture and decorations inside the room are actually preserved items from the designer’s grandfather’s era, incorporated into the space to create a sense of history and nostalgic atmosphere. In addition, the designer worked in New York for around 3 to 4 years and was deeply inspired by the old New York industrial vintage aesthetic surrounding Chelsea Market. Part of that inspiration was integrated into the design of this room. However, we also understand that every guest has different preferences regarding interior style and comfort. “Comfortable, great location.”
Service: The staff is very friendly, providing a detailed introduction to the accommodation and important notes. They proactively inform guests about any new activities in the area for reference. Environment: There is a lounge on the second floor (not used). The room is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the pillows are a bit soft but two piled together work well.
