Salt water pool, free pool table downstairs, Ben is a friendly guy, fresh towels, soap and shampoo. Price cant be beat with that salt water pool... motorbike taxi into town is 39b if using an app - i walk to town to eat and then taxi back. aircon cold, hot water shower, tv with cable for 390b - its a deal.

Exceptional value for money”
Our group was comprised of two adults, one child, and one cat. We were made to feel welcome and were left to our own devices. I would highly recommend this guest house to anybody who needs to find a multi-bed, secure, clean, and pet friendly place to stay. Cannot be beaten when taking into account the extremely generous occupancy levels. Families on a budget with or without pets will not be disappointed. Thank you, Ben.

So hard to rate”
At one point in time, this place might have been great. Now, the whole downstairs (except a small reception desk) is unused and it makes the place feel like it will close soon. The pool is tiny, and the area around it once also may have been a focus, but same as the downstairs, it just makes you feel nostalgic for a place that might have been at one time, but had gone. My room was (I think) one of the better in the house, but (no surprise) it felt strange, tired and ill-conceived. I know I paid a holiday rate that was probably a bit high (hence my low value rating), but there weren't many other guests there. In all fairness, I had the flu while there, so my thoughts to socilalize were few or non-existent. The bed (coil-spring with way too few coils) and pillows (lumpy and uncomfortable) did nothing to enhance my stay. A couple of rugs in the room should be tossed as they have no value. The sink area could do with more than 2 glasses and a bottle opener. The owner was laid-back.

We arrived at the hotel and was put in a room opposite in a room over a shop. the service was nonexistent We never got a chance to see in the hotel rooms, no receptionist just an old guy wandering around. This hotel is ok for backpackers that want a cheap room.

This is a great place for budget travelers. The owner is nice and kind. I would recommend it for those who want to save money. The roof top pool is a plus because there is no time limit. You can enjoy it as much as you can.

First of all i arrived at Pattaya bus station and none of the taxis had ever heard of it i struggled to find it costly. When i arrived the owner showed me to a room which clearly was not what i booked he then told me a large group had booked in 2 weeks ago and had my room If this was known about why was i not told before arrival. Je then showed me to another room and my heart sank i could see my wife angered by this t had a bunk bed and double be and absolutrly no space on the floor big black cob webs hanging from the rood extremely cluttered. There was no free bottled water or tea and coffee as advertised and the electrics looked a mess It is i suppose in its own little village there is a market very close and a 7 but no taxis i couldnt get 1 on leaving no ontactts held at the hotel and had to walk away in the rain There is a motorbike taxi outside but no use for a family of 4 with young kids and a big bag spent much more on transport than i would have on a better hotel

ชอบที่นี่มากค่ะ ถ้ามีโอกาสไปพัทยา จะพักที่นี่อีก รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่แบบชิลๆ ไม่ต้องซีเรียสอะไรมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมาก หาอะไรก็เจอ แอร์ พัดลมเพดาน ทีวี ตู้เย็น ตู้เสื้อผ้า ไม้แขวนผ้า ไมโครเวฟ ชั้นวางรองเท้า(ที่ใหญ่มาก) เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น ทิชชู่ ถังขยะ โต๊ะกินข้าว แชมพู สบู่ ผ้าเช็ดตัว คือบางอย่างก็เป็นสิ่งพื้นฐานทั่วๆไป ที่ที่อื่นเขาก็มี แต่ที่นี่มีมากกว่า ในราคา 400 มีทอนอ่ะ ฝรั่งต้นรับ แต่กผ้พอพูดไทยได้บ้าง คุยกันรู้เรื่องอยู่ค่ะ ทั้งๆที่เราก็พูดอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้ กล้องวงจรปิดก็มี ปลอดภัยระดับนึง ที่สำคัญมีสระว่ายน้ำ แต่ใครที่ไม่โอเคกับการที่มีสัตว์เลี้ยงในที่พัก ก็ไม่แนะนำนะ เพราะที่นี่เขามห้เอาสัตว์เข้าได้ และที่นี่เลี้ยงสัตว์ด้วย เราว่าที่นี่สะอาดพอสมควร แต่ก็ไม่ได้ถึงกับสะอาดมากกกขนาดนั้น ราคานี้ ถือว่าโอเคมากๆจริงๆ เรากับแฟนยังอึ้งเลย บรรยากาศเงียบสงบด้วย น้องเหมียวน่ารักมากๆ กลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ

ห้องโดยรวมถือว่าโอเคสำหรับราคานี้ เจ้าของเป็นคนต่างชาติสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาไทยได้น้อยมาก แต่เค้าใจดี ถึงพูดกันคนละภาษาแต่เค้าดูแลอย่างดี ที่พักมีสุนัขกับแมวบ้างอาจจะมีขนสัตว์บ้างภายนอกที่พัก แต่สำหรับเราไม่ถือ โดยรวมคือดีมาก มีสระว่ายน้ำ เด็กชอบมาก เล่นทั้งวัน วันที่เราไปพักมีแค่เราห้องเดียว และเจ้าของห้องให้เลือกห้องพักเองเลยว่าจะเอาห้องไหน เราเลือกห้องที่ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ เป็นส่วนตัวมากสำหรับคนรอบครัวเรา ชอบค่ะ แนะนำ มีเซเว่นอยู่ถัดที่พักแค่120เมตร มีตลาดตอนเย็นข้างเซเว่น มีสองแถวผ่าน การเข้าออกถือว่าสะดวกมากค่ะ
