Quiet, clean and tidy”
We enjoyed our one night stay at Welcome Stranger. Although the bed was a little firm for us (personal preference I know) the rest of the room was perfect. Clean, tidy and off the main road so there was no traffic noise.

There was a party happening next door which went till 4am. I wouldn't go back due to that reason.

The only things missing were door seals (you could feel the cold coming through the unit door), and electric blankets. Amazing bathroom. Thank you!

Great rooms, beautiful hotel. The kids enjoyed the pool and we found the room really clean. The only complaint we had was the beds in our room were really hard so not very comfortable unfortunately

The owners were very friendly, moved us to another room when we required 2 beds in each room, hosed my car down in the morning when we had heavy dew, close to everything, very happy with motel, and price, would stay again.

Appalling Customer Service”
When I complained about cobwebs in the room the staff insinuated that I wasn't honest. These cobwebs were very big. Said they cleaned the rooms after each guest and didn't know how they were there. She should have just apologised and cleaned it. Customer service was disgraceful

a group of friends needed to stay in bendigo the night and this was easy. wasnt to far out of town $20 taxi ride to the bars/pubs in bendigo not noisy from the main street as its was a street off the main one

Very comfortable and well maintained”
Our stay was excellent. A staff member found our grandson's mobile phone under a bed. The manager contacted us and then arranged for the return of the phone. Much to my 12-year-old grandson's delight.
