Good private place to stay ”
We enjoyed the exclusiveness of the place. There was just the two of us using the pool when we were there 🙂 Free shuttle - altho only at certain time schedules - is a plus. The private beach is quite a walk and we were told no life guard so basically swim at your own risk, but it's fine as long as you don't plan to go too far. There's a 7-11 and milk tea place when you walk further - just enjoy the quiet area while you walk. Internet isn't so bad, we stayed here with the thought of working at night and enjoying during the day. Facilities are complete. Quite a challenge to check in as we had no idea how up to an hour before check in time. But It's a pleasurable stay as long as you know that this is not walking distance to stations 1 to 3, it's a private area. Spacious place! Relaxing 🙂

Sad part of our trip”
We did not get to stay at Benkay's. They ask another unit owner at Oceanway to let us stay because there's another group who are still checked in. The location is far from the beach. There is not much facility because the construction is still on going. it's a 45mins travel from Jetty port to Oceanway.

Peaceful hotel-like condo in other side of Bora”
Had a relaxing stay at Ben’s condo unit at Oceanway Residences. The place is very spacious and well-decorated. Bed is so comfy but pillows can be improved. The unit is complete with kitchen, living room, dining room, TV, heated shower, balcony. Check-in was very easy. One thing to consider is that this listing is in Newcoast Boracay, which is a little difficult to access. Shuttle can only go to Citymall (still far from Main White Beach). There’s a private beach in Newcoast but it takes about 10 mins walk (under the sun) from the condo building. And the beach is not that good compared to Main White Beach. There’s also limited options for dining, so if you plan on staying here, be prepared to cook or eat in Belmont/Savoy (very pricey). However, if you’re looking for a lowkey stay in a quiet neighborhood in Bora, with fast wifi and complete amenities, and don’t need nightlife or restaurants, or the actual Boracay scene, Ben’s condo is for you.
