The facilities are good, staff are friendly, location is good. But for the price, it's amazing experience I would say. My Kids loved it. Especially the lobbies, open spaces, etc, Rooms are clean, staff are always available. We had a great stay!!!

The location is great, within walking distance of Vellore fort. The rooms are well decorated and furnished with large comfortable beds. Everywhere is very clean. We found the A/C to be too cold throughout the hotel and the temperature in the rooms was hard to adjust. The restaurants all continue the hotels naming theme of misspelled luxury cars. The Porshae restaurant offers a evening buffet as well as a la carte. Breakfast is also served there as a buffet with dosas cooked to order. . The food was tasty but not very spicy which may suit some pallets. The Lexxus bar lacked atmosphere, but was ok for a drink. The reception was rather gloomy. Checking in took longer than it should and the receptionist forgot to book a taxi for our onward travel and kept us waiting the next moring. The also took a huge commission on the taxi, 5500 Rs for a 3 hour ride to Titrupati, with a driver who didn't know the route. On a more positive note the small roof top swimming pool was nice with gr

Some staff need motivation and training. Several staff were hospitable and showed alacrity in service while some took time. Reception girls need more training in showing courtesy. Food at complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and had variety. Excellent taste in the various dishes.

Positive: The Hotel was clean and tidy, with good food service and friendly staffs. The staffs in the restaurant gave reminder calls for dinner which was courteous act. The rooms had unique master switch next to the bed was very helpful for controlling the lights. Negative: House keeping staffs need to be informed and aware of no. of guest staying in the room and appropriate no. of towels, sheets, slippers need to be provided as part of the service. Though they were very friendly and brought it on calling them, would appreciate if they have a list while daily house keeping. The room service menu in the room does not have the correct price and hence there were discrepancy in the bill.

Language problem”
First the good things: The hotel is good. Very clean the Toilet and window at our Room (no. 511). Reception staffs are very good and courteous. Food is very good. Both the Buffet and A-la-karte options are wide and tastes also too good. Mr. Pursoth at the Restuarant is very good and helpful. many amenities including very nice swimming pool. Bad Things: Except Reception people and Mr. Pursoth at Restuarant, other staffs are very poor in communication. They don't understand any other language than their native language. It is beyond my understanding how a hotel management expect to run such a big hotel successfully without even training their staffs in the basic communicating languages. House keeping people are very inefficient. For every service you have to call at least 4 times and have to wait at least 1 hour. Even for water. We were there for 4 days. First day there was no TV channels except in Tamil. On our repeated requests they sent people to see and the whole first day not
