it was quiete and cosy
not very clean, there was lecking water in the bathroom all the time. The first night water all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom old and not very clean. The price ist absolutly not reflecting the quality and standard. For this price there should be a way higher standard even if it was New Year. No Wifi in the flat. Dark and old flat. Will not coose it again.

Perfekte Küchenausstattung. Lage etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber noch akzeptabel. Parkplätze reichlich.
Zuerst war gar keiner da und alles war verschlossen... Ein Passant hat geholfen und letztlich kam ich nach 1&#47;2 Stunde des Wartens vor dem Haus in die Wohnung. Der TV funktionierte nicht.

Appartamentino di montagna”

PRO: Appartamento con arredamento tipico delle case di montagna, carino ed accogliente. Nel salotto&#47;cucina&#47;ingresso era presente una smart tv, una macchinetta del caffè Nespresso, dotata di capsule e bicchierini di plastica. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di usare la cucina, quindi non posso giudicarla. È presente un box privato condominiale in cui parcheggiare l’auto. Check-in e check-out comodi e veloci grazie alla presenza di una cassettina con codice accanto accanto all’ingresso del box in cui prendere all’arrivo e riporre alla partenza le chiavi (non abbiamo mai conosciuto di persona il proprietario). Sevizi ok, pulizia ok.
CONTRO: Il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato e reso più moderno, ma tutto sommato è accettabile. L’appartemento si trova al terzo piano della palazzina senza ascensore. Posizione nella zona residenziale di Pescocostanzo, a 5min dal centro in auto.

Appartamento più carino rispetto alle foto. Affaccio interno e molto tranquillo. Posto auto al coperto (ma eravamo in pochi nel condominio) e buona pulizia nel complesso.
Totale assenza di reti wifi, pertanto netflix era praticamente inutilizzabile. Per il camino è stato richiesto un supplemento di 20 euro (per la legna) non specificato nei dettagli dell&#39;appartamento, trovato molto freddo in quanto probabilmente era vuoto da un po&#39;. Sarebbe servito un plaid o almeno una coperta aggiuntiva che ti aspetteresti di trovare in una casa di montagna. Al di là di un paio di cartine della zona, sarebbe stato carino ricevere qualche &#39;dettaglio&#39; in più.

Esatto. É un vero e proprio appartamento, con cucina, bagno, 2 camere da letto e il soggiorno. La casa é davvero carina, lo staff ci ha guidato al telefono fino all’appartamento. Che dire?! Tutto molto carino e ospitale.
