The location of the hotel is amazing! A lot of restaurants and attractions that are in walking distance. I was enjoying my trip until I discovered there was black Mold growing on the walls! So beware and search the room!

my accommodations were not so good, room looked/was dusty dirty, dust all over, a/c window unit was very noisy and rusted out, saw several roaches in property, exterminator needed, room entrance door was falling off the upper hinges only had 2 screws left, so the entrance door was very difficult to open and close, door to porch had a big crack/space at the bottom insect entrance; bathroom door hard to close (misaligned with tile floors), room I stayed in needed painting cleaning and exterminator visit,,, ohh and a handy maintenance person ... sink counter needs replacement, a/c screen and bathroom fan needed cleaning, sheets and bed covering; carper need replacement as well ...old building very poor condition. Mainly the view was fine if you can overlook the back grassy area where people takes their dogs friends to do their business, front of this resorts small side bldg looks very trashy, and don't forget the parking place, not so fun or enough parking spaces for the guest/people staying, at least during the time of my visit. NO recommendation, especially for the price paid per night

We stayed here for one night! I booked a double room. It took over 30 minutes to check in mind you they had no a/c in the lobby. Then we finally get our key mind you I’m a family of three so I booked a double room. Once we get to the room we had one bed that may have been a full and the shower was leaking all over the bathroom floor. Go back to the lobby wait another 30 minutes. All for the receptionist to tell me that a double room does not mean double beds and asked if I booked 3rd party I said yes. She the told I needed to do better. After waiting over 30 minutes and the receptionist being rude we finally got our new room. The floors have a leak there’s holes in the walls and doors. It was just horrible. Not to mention they have 0 parking. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL

Never again....I ended my trip a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore and they were on some b.s about me having already been charged for yesterday so I couldn’t/wouldn’t leave.....this is the worst place I have ever stayed they took my money but deactivated my Room card yesterday because apparently their system sucks and he forgot that I wasn’t scheduled to check out until Monday so imagine being outside in the cold rain & and having to be let in by housekeeping [luckily they were standing right by] The covers had cigarette burns on it the sheets had stains on it and trash piled up in the hallways and holes in the door not to mention people hanging around making it uncomfortable for you to walk to your car. Luckily I was refunded part of my stay through my booking agency but I highly recommend everyone to voice his place unless you are desperate & want to stay in a crack motel.

I went here thinking oh looks nice but I was so wrong it was dirty smelled weed in my own room and way to expensive because my room cost 300 one night and no ocean view nor oceanfront you just saw the sign definitely wouldn’t recommend

Mold mold mold ”
I felt dirty just walking in the room. Right next to beach but homeless people sleeping everywhere. Outside looks nice walked in and had to go buy Clorox wipes a Lysol disinfectant immediately. Pipes hanging out of top of shower mold under cabinet we left our clothes in the car. Sad bc this was our anniversary weekend!

The first thing being on vacation is definitely not staff that would be rude to you at check in and then you get in the room and it had roaches in the bathroom. It was not good for the 87 I paid I could have gotten a better hotel

Staff very rude. Weird smell in the office and hallways. Elevator smelled like urine. Room was dirty. Leftover food in the microwave from last guests. Refrigerator didn’t work. Elevators only worked twice. Don’t waste your money 🤦🏽♀️

That bermuda hotel is shit I stayed there for four days and they never gave me a towel there was no parking The one who works in the lobby is a spoiled idiot and the hotel is dirty the dirty sheets the bathroom did not have cold water or it was covered and the bathtub was not covered it can be recommended even they can't stay one night there because it doesn't work

Dont kid yourself! The rate, its literally ON THE BEACH and they have secure doors that lock and close all the way, those other budget stays have broken and questionable doors/security. Take it from me thats not the case here. Great people except for that young Jamaican who was rehired, relet her go if she has to be snotty attitude and she would look better without it. You dont know me sweetheart, get your energy together if your going to be at the front desk. If you need something just ask they are HAPPY to help, except her, shes happy to say no....literally to anything. As a manager I am heavily against rehires, you left for a reason! But otherwise seriously stay there. They dont charge a deposit I think only like $1-5. If you book on Agoda they charge some now and some on arrival. Walking distance from Exon and much shopping. Great views great people and I just love their shirts too. Again dont kid yourself and hurryup before all the rooms are gone! Ask for TV remote at checkin as it may not be in the room because of vacationing vandals. Cheers!
