Air con Broke Down”

Stay For 1 night Air con broke down Room was very hot 2 night before berry staff call us that our reservation was cancelled We we furious because the reservation was cancel 2 days before arrival. At the end our room was upgraded to suite with the broken air conditioner.

Breakfast nightmare”

Breakfast is horrible with only a 3 dishes to select from, mix veges egg, chicken herbs and white rice... other than that, slice bread that look like been there for several days and home toaster with only 2 slots. Their staff are all helpful and polite but just wish they can improve their cafeteria.

Overall is fine. Do improve on the choices of breakfast and the availability of food between the breakfast duration. I have experienced that nothing left for the breakfast even i went to had it at 9am during the breakfast period ( 7am - 10am). This is kind of disappointing.
