                  Fairmont North Residence is excellent apartment to stay in if you travel with kids and you what to be close to beach and stay at the Palm.We highly recommend this apartment and we will return to it once we are back in Dubai.
                  The only thing missing are the membership cards for the beach and we had to pay every day extra 125 Dirhams per person when we wanted to use the beach.

                  Our stay started out amazing. Super clean, spacious apartments and a nice pool with a view. Right in front of the beach.
                  They made the unfortunate choice of charging me in dollars instead of dirhams which lead to an extra $50 onto my final payment. No other hotel we stayed at in UAE did this, seems really scammy.

                  the apartment is huge and in an excellent location for where I needed to be
                  the deposit situation was awkward. found out on arrival that cash was required rather than a credit card hold. this was sorted in about twenty minutes. on check out the hold was released quickly with no issues

                  Very nice pool, even in winter warm, short walk to te beach and to shopping mall. Perfekt for sylvester.
                  Apartment was not cleaned and check in was hours later. There is no reception. Owner cared about getting money an day before. After did not answer Whatts App. Nobody cared about the stay. Apartment was dirty even after cleaning. Owner do not care. No holiday feeling, only worries.

                  I didnt like staying beachfront WITHOUT beach access. I didnt like the staff behaviour, I was contacted only for the payment. I didnt like that I had to pay 500€ to Fairmont Hotel for beach access. I didnt like the bugs in the kitchen at midnight. I didnt like staying without wifi one day!
                  I DIDNT like bespoke’s unprofessionalism. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with their behaviour and dishonesty. They can fool a loyal client only once, never again.

                  Good size clean 2 bedroom apartment. I liked the fact they mentioned in the listing that there was construction going on but even after the construction is finished you will have road traffic so you will not use the balcony very often. The swimming pool is beautiful and adjacent you have West Beach with a long promenade full of restaurants. Nakheel Mall is opposite the apartment and includes London clinic for medical issues.
                  Cons: Upon arrival 6 of the main lights were not working as well as all the lights in the kitchen under the cabinets. The lights which are working are COOL WHITE like you enter a hospital. Hardly any chinaware. It is marketed for 4 persons but there are only 6 plates, nothing else, no bowls for yogurt or salad etc. No broom/Brush/Vacuum cleaner/cleaning cloths/tea towels/dishwasher tablets or liquid. NO INSTRUCTION MAP where the water heaters are and that you have to switch them on to have a nice warm shower, or any other information which is helpful when you come from far. The host is only interested in money and doesn't care .
