good location to beach ,walk to beach for only 5 minutes,walk to main street for 10 minutes. security is very good, to take elevator or come in from emergency door you must use your key card. Breakfast is good, staff are all friendly.We booked a triple deluxe room ,very spacious and various equipment in room with microwave and safety box. I will recommend to my friends.

I booked a triple deluxe room with my 11 years old daughter,it's very nice. spacious room ,good bed and good breakfast. The hotel is close to the beach,just walking for 5 minutes. And is very silence in the night.

Convenient for family. I have 2 children, the room size and beds suit for them. This hotel closed to Terminal 21 department store and not far from beach. Great choice for holiday.

We stayed in the deluxe room with a nice balcony. The pool was nice and clean. But the guest next door had a baby and started crying at 3am. It was terrible We didn't get to sleep well, The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette looks dirty. They should maintain over all cleanliness. The bathroom was clean an ok. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Wouldn’t recommend it ”
Booked the Bella Best but when we arrived we were ‘upgraded’ to Bella Villa, I wouldn’t like to see the original room if that was the upgrade. The pictures on the booking site bear no resemblance to the actual hotel. The shower didn’t work and the cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t great.

This is my second time at best Bella and I loved it deluxe sea view sunsets were awesome every night”
This is my second time at best Bella staff are all so lovely great pool and jacuzzi great big restaurant lovey breakfast every morning and I got my deluxe sea view room at a great price sunsets were amazing scenes every night just relaxing on the balcony with a coffee was so relaxing and the hotel has a shuttle bus taking you up to the Dolphin roundabout where you can easily find a baht bus which will take you to south Pattaya or Jomtien which is displayed on the front of it hotel also has sauna and steam room and it has free underground parking if you decide to hire a car or a moped and they have a shuttle bus which can take you to one of its other hotels which has a lovely pool its about 20 minutes away and I think it runs three times a day i never managed to do it but will possibly try it next year when I return again next January hotel has an Lift which is very good fast clean and is very cool inside

Great Hotel, Helpful People”
I had booked a deluxe sea view room but when I reached the hotel they told me since the deluxe sea view room is not available, they upgraded me to a sea view suite in the neighboring hotel called the Bella Villa Metro. The suite room was a-mazing. It had a separate sitting area with a Kitchenette and a balcony with a bedroom with both the rooms facing Pattaya beach and city view stretch. The view was absolutely amazing. The hotel is a 10 mins walk from the main street but the hotel provides a tuk tuk ride till there so that takes care of it. Supermarkets and eating joints are located just where this tuk tuk drops you. To go to Pattaya beach you can take a tuk tuk from the road which charges merely baht per person. Dont pay more than that. The only thing that went wrong was I lost my Smart phone nokia N97 but that was not in the hotel, it was outside. I guess you have to be more alert then I thought.
