Great value and amazing staff”
The Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel is situated in a fantastic location on Sukhumvit road soi 19. The Hotel is great for people on a budget as the value for money it offers is better than you will find anywhere else in my opinion. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the free breakfast is basic but decent enough. The best thing for me was how helpfull and friendly the staff are. We arrived at 6am after traveling from over 12 hours. I was expecting to have a wait for the room but no, they handed us the keys straight away and we could finally relax. This was a great thing for them to do and shows how great the staff are at Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel. I will return here again and again.
Excellent hotel in the heart of Bangkok”
This hotel is well located in the business district of Bangkok. It's a 15 min walk from Makkasan station - trains from the airport stop here. It's also a 10 min walk from Asok (sky train) and Sukhumvit (subway) stations, so getting around is easy. The hotel, overall, is pretty decent for the affordable prices of rooms. The staff is friendly, and service is good. Communicating in English can be a little tricky though. The rooms are large, clean, and homely. The bed is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is well appointed (with a bathtub). There's also a television, refrigerator, and kitchen area. Wi-fi could have been free, but the hotel's rates are at least inexpensive. The rooftop swimming pool is good for a splash about, but not for serious swimming as it isn't too deep. There's an adjacent gym, too. The breakfast provided by the hotel was decent, and was certainly better than nothing. Shopping malls like Robinsons and Terminal 21 are a short walk away, whereas many others are a short train ride away. Overall, the hotel is quite convenient if shopping is what you have in mind. Soi Cowboy isn't too far away either, if the nightlife is your interest. Benjakitti park is a pleasant getaway that's about a 15 min walk away. I was quite happy when the hotel offered me free transportation to and from a Chao Phraya river cruise (one of three destinations, the others being the King's palace and the adjacent temple) - they seem to have some sort of tie up with a tourism service. This at least made visiting one tourist attraction easy and convenient. Overall, I was quite happy with my experience at this hotel, and I'll certainly come by again when next in Bangkok.
Excellent Hotel at an Excellent Location”
The Best Comfort Hotel was quite pleasant and the room I had was large and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and there was plenty of parking available for my car. The room and hotel are older, but clean and comfortable. The hotel's location, between Soi's 15 and 19 on Sukhumvit is perfect and right in the middle of all the best nightlife and tourists attractions in Bangkok. I enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel and will likely stay there again. The price I paid made this hotel an exceptional value. Breakfast consisted of a small buffet on the second floor, it was basic but adequate.
super value for money!”
when it comes to value for money, best comfort bangkok beats them all. 2 star room rate for a hotel with 4 star facilities. very spacious rooms, with sofas, writing desk, wardrobes, tv and dvd player, large beds, pantry. hotel staff are friendly and helpful. an 8 minute walk takes you to the mrt and bts. terminal 21 mall is next to the mrt and bts where there is a nice food court with great variety of food and lots of shops. massage, 7-11 and restaurants nearer to the hotel. i was surprised with the hotel offering breakfast and s a free half day tour of bangkok for that low a room rate. too good! internet is 50 baht a day.i would stay there again.
the best budget-friendly hotel in the heart of the”
we just came back from 2 days back.highly recommended hotel.we had an excellent stay in this hotel for 4 days.it is a perfect 10 for everything.standard room for 2 is very comfortable and big,can accommodate 4 person.bed is comfortable. toilet is clean, hotel and the area is very safe even for ladies like us since we return very late in the night.the staff are all nice.they allowed us to check-in early, one advantage since we were very tired from a 6 hours flight and considering the heavy traffic in bangkok.checking in and out is very easy.we left our luggage, free of charge since our flight is in the evening so we decided to go to pattaya.hotel and the staff is a perfect 10,centrally located, easy access to airport link.overall,it is a hassle-free stay and budget-friendly.thank you so much best comfort for making our first visit to bangkok a very memorable one.i will see u again...soon!keep up the good work.
Great location and helpful staff”
we had booked 1 night but ended up staying @ best comfort for 3 nights (it's cheaper to book through agoda than in person @the hotel), hotel is in an excellent location with great travel links - bts and metro all nearby. the rooftop pool was a lovely way to refresh ourselves after the heat of bangkok and it has lovely views of the bangkok skyline, it could have been a little bit cleaner though. our floor smelled of smoke a bit, there was a large ashtray beside the lift, the room didn't have any lingering smoke smells. the room itself was extremely spacious with a huge fridge, tv & dvd player. the staff are very friendly and accommodating, they printed visa applications and photocopied our passports for us no problem. would definately reccommend if you want to be in this part of the city, we've booked to stay again in a couple of nights.
Well worth it for the budget traveller”
Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price we pay, we even get a good reasonable breakfast thrown in...broth or fried noodles, toasted bread with butter and jam, scrambled or fried eggs, coffee and juice, even some local fruits, etc. The only problem we had was the shower. It easily gets overheated. The staff was friendly but they couldn't help much. Since Bangkok weather was hot and humid, we eventually got used to having cold showers. Location of hotel is excellent. Robinson Department Store and Terminal 21 shopping mall is only a few minutes walk away with Pier 21 within the mall a good destination for different taste buds. Along the way are 7 Eleven stores and even a Beer Garden serving Thai food. Nearby you can also check out the nightlife and many locals peddling all kinds of stuff by the roadside. We enjoyed the coconuts that cost only 30 baht a piece and some mouth watering roasted squids. Closeby is the Asok BTS that can get you quickly to many places of interest. Avoid the taxis as you waste precious time jammed up in Bangkok traffic snarl. You can easily get to/from the airport/hotel using the Mo Chit/Asok terminal stations (about 40 baht one way) and take the airport buses A1 or A2 (7 baht one way). By taxi, it would cost you a whopping 800 baht one way. With all that convenience and the price we paid, it was well worth it!
Friendly staff nice room ”
Bangkok best comfort is great value for money. Friendly staff and more than adequate room! Close to restaurants, shopping and the sky train on sukhumvit rd. The hotel has Internet in the lobby or wifi for your room, both at small price. Also a roof top pool and a gym. Breakfast buffet was good too!
Value for money hotel in great location”
We are a group of 4 travelling to Bangkok and we booked 2 rooms in the Best Comfort Bangkok hotel. The hotel is conveniently located 10 mins leisure walk to the Terminal 21 mall, Asok BTS and Sukhumvit mrt, so location is hands down the winner here. From the Suvarnabhumi airport, u can take the airport link to Makassan stop and transfer to the mrt and go one stop to Sukhumvit mrt. The hotel is 10 mins walk away. There are many mini marts and a Robinson store within 5 mins walk from the hotel. You can get pretty much to all the tourist attractions using the BTS and mrt network. Buy a one day pass for the BTS for approx Baht130 and it will save you so much money. The hotel also provide good breakfast, with a limited variety but for the price of the room + breakfast, it is a steal. One complain though, the room is large enough but they are quite old and have a certain stale smell to it. But as we spend most of our time outside the hotel, it doesn't really bother us that much as once the air conditioner is on, the smells goes away. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym on its top floor. For food, head to the foodcourt in Terminal 21 mall called Pier 21... it is by far our most favourite meal destination in Bangkok. The atmosphere is great, clean, food is of great quality and the prices is unbelievable, with most meal costing USD1-USD2. I hardly find that kind of food with that kind of quality and atmosphere back in my country.
As always a pleasure to Stay in Best Comfort”
I have been in Bangkok for many times now , and it is always a pleasure to stay At Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel . The Staff is amazing very friendly , hotel is near by the sky - train . The rooms a great and clean . You have a lot of shops just round the corner and if you are looking for night-life ,just 5 min walk . The Hotel is in a quiet Soi perfect if you wanna sleep in the night-time . GREAT HOTEL .
Great Location and Great Price!”
Located near both Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT, central location for getting around. Wonderful staff, friendly, glad to have this as my new go to hotel in Bangkok. My last place closed after many years and they recommended this Hotel. Simple breakfast, a pool, exercise room, steam and sauna, all for an affordable price! Clean, comfortable room too!
Imødekommende velkomst i receptionen. Extended our stay at Best Comfort Bangkok as it was a good hotel in our oppinion. Stayed there for 14 days in all. The only negative thing was the internet connection. Slow connection and you could only be online two at a time, which didn’t meet our need for internet with two children and two adults. Accommodating welcome at the reception. Essential for any hotel stay. After that a smiling and good service from all employees. Especially from the little doorman in the tiny house next to the road. His name was Pom and was a true ray of sunshine that seemed to enjoy the job greeting and joking with all the guests/kids. He sent us and our two children positively off every day. So nice! OK pool on the 8 floor, but not quite small. Paid 50 baht extra pr day pr child for breakfast. Fine breakfast buffet until midnight. 11 o’clock. Great. Tip: get there early if you want fresh fruit (several different and exotic to choose from) for breakfast.
Offered that extra service”
We enjoyed our stay at the Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel. The hotel is only 5-10 mins walk from sukhumvit rd eg. terminal 21, soi cowboy and is far away enough to escape the defending traffic. The included breakfast was adequate, rooms were well appointed and the pool refreshing. But, it was the staff that made this hotel standout-in particular, a female attendant (i think she was a duty manager)-she went that extra yard.
Serenity amidst Bangkok chaos”
Do you suffer from Bangkok hotel fatigue? Are you fed up with the Four Seasons ? Are you over the Oriental ? Are you tired of paying nearly Western prices for chain hotels when you are almost never in your room? When you spend most of your nights on Cowboy or Nana all you want is a clean hotel with comfortable beds and a welcoming staff, right? And perhaps a quick dip in the pool or a quick workout before hitting the happy hours and hoisting those beers. Well search no longer--The Best Comfort is for you. What a place ! Convenient to the Skytrain and the MRT, this hotel makes the city your oyster! The staff is great and the price is right. C'mon, give it a try. You will be happy you did.
Best stay at best hotel in bangkok”
Worth for the price you spent. In executive suite, you get two bedrooms, big living room & kitchen. Daily 2-3 water bottles free. Utensils in case you want to cook noodles, make food hot (bought from outside). Security guards, reception is tooo receptive. If u r going out (day/night), Security guard will make sure u get taxi and he will wait till u get one on the road, he will also negotiate right price by fighting with taxi driver. Best place to be in this hotel when u r in bangkok, shopping is on walking distance, metro train station is nearby, taxis available 24hours, all food options nearby. Many things to say but overall GREAT HOTEL IN ALL SENSE.
Were very satisfied!”
I am very glad that chose this hotel! The convenient location - near the metro station speed Ahsoka, she's interchange to the underground! In any case, you can always take a taxi! Landing - 35 baht, and then on the counter. obtained ridiculous price tags (the floor of the city - about $ 100!) Even cheaper and easier than the subway! The district - modern skyscrapers set to impress!! At the same time at the peace and quiet! Staff very friendly! trying to help, give, you know .... Them - special thanks! The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean! There are dishes, seyf and ... flashlight)) pool. Internet - 50 baht per day, 100 baht - 3 days. If we re in Bangkok, I think here again stop!More .. near Soi Cowboy. Super sat at the bar, which is the first of our hotel. on the right side! Live music, the atmosphere, the audience! That's just drinks a little expensive ((
Apartment Style Rooms”
I chose this hotel because it is more of an apartment than a hotel room. The room was very comfortable although a little old but still preferred to the sterile hotel type rooms. Location is great for getting around anywhere as it's quite close to the Sukhumvit skytrain line and Asoke underground line. Good parking facilities in the centre of Bangkok and guest friendly.
Good location and very value for money hotel”
The room that i stay in was the suite and had a king size bed, 2 cupboards, a dining table, a couch set for watching tv, a big fridge, a sink and a writing desk. It is a 5 minute walk away from Asok BTS station and terminal 21 shopping mall. It is not in the sleazy part of bangkok and quite quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Anything i needed, they provided and could also speak english very well. Taxis were also very easy to get and the staff assisted in telling the driver where i needed to go. The internet was quite slow in the room however, and also, once the key is out of the holder, there will be no power, the key has a component which completes the circuit for electricity and there is no way to substitute it with something else to keep the electricity running when you are not in the room. The pool was small but adequate for some simple swimming to cool off. As was the breakfast menu. Simple, but enough. It's quite difficult to find at first but once you catch your bearing, it's very easy to navigate. Its actually on a small soi between soi 19 and soi 15. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is suitable for everyone and i enjoyed my stay at Best Comfort Bangkok Hotel.
Best Comfort is Best in Show !”
This may not be the most luxurious hotel in Bangkok; it may not have the best buffet breakfast or the best array of bathroom soaps and shampoos; it may not sport the most up to date gym equipment. But ask yourself honestly, do you need all of that? What this hotel offers is spotless rooms in a friendly atmosphere. It offers a big welcome from the sometimes heartless streets of Bangkok. The man at the gate gives a big smile as you enter the hotel courtyard each evening. Pass into the lobby and more smiles greet you! This is the "land of smiles" come to life! And while the breakfast choices are limited, the woman who works in the breakfast room will give you a big "sawadee ka" each morning. And the orange juice is fresh squeezed. What more does one need from life? Try the Best Comfort.
Good stay here as always at my favourite Sukhumvit area hotel, best value for money in the big rooms. They just need to update their wi-fi and offer it for free, not many places charge for it now even the smallest hotels offer free. But i love this place with the friendly and helpful staff and will always stay here when in Bangkok.
