Got my requested room which is deluxe with window along Benavidez street where we can see or watch dragon dance during Chinese New Year Celebration. The room is big and clean. Good for family with children. Our room is near in elevator. Drinking water is available near elevator or along the hallway. Receptionists are all kind and helpful. All the staff have a good quality service. The hotel has a lot of restaurants nearby. Luckily, we got a room in front of Wai Ying restaurant which is open from 7am to 2am the next day. Upon check out, they gave us a free tikoy and 2 calendars! What a surprise for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Reasonable for the price. Highly recommended. We had to find a place to stay for quarantine. BFH staff was alacritous in helping get us anything that we needed, Plus they took it upon themselves to make phone calls on our behalf to straighten out the situation with the quarantine and Covid test and other matters. I love them all!!

Great location if you want to see Binondo and go to Divisoria”
The hotel is a great location for people who will go shopping in Binondo and Divisoria. But being near these areas mean that the streets outside the hotel are dirty, which is understandable given the foot traffic there. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are helpful and warm. The room is clean and facilities are working. The only downside is that they do not have a water heater. But I love that they provide free water refills.

We always try to stay here when we visit Binondo. It's right in the centre of Chinatown and a 30 second walk to the restaurants and Ongpin Street. It's definitely a budget hotel, but the beds are comfortable, it's clean, the aircon works and in many cases has been upgraded to quiet split type units, the staff are great and they have water coolers throughout which is a nice convenience. Overall, thoroughly recommended!

Staff are nice and attentive. Nice aircondition, bed, and spacious. Wi-fi is pretty good as well, can be used in work :) You can also request for kettles and other necessary stuff (adapters, rugs, etc) If you opt for Grab food deliveries, there are lots of nearby restaurants/fast food.

Stay here for your Wai Ying fix as the hotel is just right in front of this place. All the other Binondo must-eat places are very accessible from here. The hotel itself is pretty old but the AC is new and there is hot water which I did no expect. 12/10 would recommend for a budget stay in Binondo.
