      Very nice place, extrem friendly and helpful staff”

      We stayed here for one night to take a boat to Ko Lipe next morning. Due to flight delay we checked in late at 20:00. Got a free room upgrade. The young man at the reception helped us with buying the boat ticket, drove us to a nice seafood restaurant, fetched us there after eating, drove us to an ATM and then home. Next morning the service was perfect as well with a lot of recommendations and a lift to the pier which is only 300m away. Breakfast at a nice terrace with view over the pond was ok for the money. Amazing good value for the money.

      Remember, this is not a five star resort! For what it is though, it's perfect. Clean, welcoming, cute and close to the pier. Really friendly staff. Good for a quick stay!

      I Highly recommend staying at Best House Resort, the staff was really friendly and helpful. If you are taking the boat at Pak Barat port next day is just 2 min walking to the pier, super easy and convenient. I had a twin separate beds room, was nice and comfortable, with AC and hot shower, everything was really smooth.

      I recommend this hotel”

      We stayed 1night on 13th April before we go to Lipe. Before stay we asked about parking during we stay at Lipe. We can park with cheap fee for 3 days. And also owner reserve boat for Lipe because of full booking already. If he didn’t support us we couldn’t go to Lipe. The room is normal but there is no refrigerator. But the location is near pier and also they can send us to the pier. If we go to Lipe again we will stay again.

      The room is spacious and clean. The staff, Mr. Pan is able to communicate in English. He is very responsive and friendly. We parked our cars in the hotel compound. When we returned from Koh Lipe 2 days later, we requested for shower and Mr Pan quickly open Room No. 3 for us and prepare a lot of cold water without any charges. This is The place you should stay if you transit to Koh Lipe

      Just one nigh before heading to Lipe. Room basic but all I needed. Food was amazing, generous portions with fresh shrimps and authentic tastes. Recommend!!

      Nice guest house with a 5 minute walk to Pakbara pier. Nice restaurants on the beach about 15 mins walk. Large room with all that you need. Would recommend for sure .

      Nice little villa in Satun, walking distance to the pier to get the boat to Koh Lipe. We stayed 1 night then got a boat in the morning. Good value $25AUD Including breakfast.. Can’t go wrong!
