good location for dinning and drinks after a long day of meetings or work. relax yourself in one of the bars or resturants located in sri hartamas. parked my car there for a few nights and happened to be safe throughout. didn't get any summons for not putting parking fares on the meter too! good prata shop at the ground floor beside the hotel and can enjoy a good cup of teh tarik if you're bored.

This hotel is in a block of shops in Desa Sri Hartamas , its very convenient for getting around as it is close to the highway. Taxis pass by regularly and are easy to catch here Souled out is just next door and is a good location for food and watching football. There is also a very pleasant Hometown White Coffee less than 100m away. The staff were friendlier and more helpful than in other budget hotels that I have visited in Malaysia. Free Wifi - but a bit slow.

Living in an "Ice box"”
The main reason we chose best view hotel because of it's location. It is easy for us to get into city centre and also some other pj areas. The other good thing about this hotel is that it is also surrounded by plenty of mamaks, restaurants, pubs, convenient shops and 2 shopping centres nearby - the Hartamas Shopping Centre, and the Publika. You can easily find, Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese and Italian cuisine around this area. However, the downside of this hotel is non other than the hotel itself. With the full blast air conditioning, in such a small room with no windows, you're literally staying in an ice box.

The room was clean, it feels safe coz there is a password door to every floor. There are many good restaurants around so there is no problem finding food even at the wee hours. Located at Hartamas,Im not sure about the public transportation. There are taxis though. Overall a very good stay.

we had a group who were staying with us at Mont Kiara so we chose this hotel at Sri Hartamas as it was the closest. We were out whole day and only came to the room just to sleep in the evenings. Hotel looked ok at first but during 5 nights there, they never cleaned our rooms or changed sheets even. We requested an extra pillow but they refused to give an extra pillow even. Would be extremely difficult to get a taxi around this area unless you are lucky.

The rooms here were clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and efficient. There is a public car park opposite which gets busy in the day but clears out for the evenings. Loads of good quality eating and drinking within walking distance. Good shopping nearby. Since I had my car I don't know about public transport, but Uber and Grab both operate in KL, and taxi driving services in KL have improved in recent years. I personally would recommend you upgrade to a room with a window - it i still good value in one of the best parts of KL.

when we first arrived this hotel, we we given a room where on the 3rd floor. the sheets were dirty, with some blood stains on it, and the shower was still very wet, with a running tap near the toilet seat. obviously the toilet has either just been used, or maybe washed. so we requested for a room change at the lobby, and we were given another room on the second floor, which was no better - just as filthy. if you're not a big fan of cockroaches, then refrain from using the wardrobe next to the bed. we found some small cockroaches hanging around in the wardrobe. i would only recommend this hotel, if you spend most of your time out, and will only come back for a shower and sleep. the tv didn't work very well, and there was basically nothing do to in the hotel - very basic hotel. look else where if you're here on a vacation.
