The location of the hotel is good as walking distance to sunway mall & Sunway Lagoon Side Entrance and surrounded by many restaurants. have kiosk check in and check out,good wifi, got lift, clean room, not that big but sufficient, The staff is so helpful and friendly, Will come here again next time.

Nice location, it just next to sunway pyramid within walking distance. Booked for my wife travel alone to attend class, the hotel have taken note my request and give extra care to her. Allocated a room just right behind reception ease my wife and gave her peace of mind. The staffa are friendly, especially receptionist lady Ms. Azreena attitude is good, friendly and helpful. Thank you and highly recommended.

Just 1 minute walk and you will arrive Sunway Pyramid already. Room is great! And they provide refill mineral water for you to drink too. Well done! Will definitely consider to stay back again if any. Such low price or is it because low season or virus issue? No idea. But great one! thank YOUUU

Overall great, but cleanliness is really disappointing as there are 3 cockroaches in the room. I suggest to put some cockroach killer killing bait at corner of the room to get rid of it. Its cheap and efficient. Keep it up.

The hotel was great, it is clean & near to shopping mall Sunway Pyramid. But i have requested to use iron for few times but havent get a chance to use. Hope can add on more iron to be use by more guests. Other than that, everything is doing great. Thanks

1) Room not bigger as picture show 2) Not provide basic toilet wet cloth, wet & slip, hv to careful 3) No basic room cleaning, ask the girl said only 2days 1 time.. can't acceptable 4) Request change towel but so weird they keep the old toilet in your room Understand that is budget hotel but I believe stand procedure is still there. Always been my family’s favourite place to stay when we visit Sunway But unfortunately this time I received several bed bugs bites which proof very bad cleanliness The latest room i stayed very small and the bed was full of sand and dust Woke up with another 2 bed bugs bites Not sure if I will choose same hotel for my next family trip Please improve the cleanliness
