My stay at Best Western Airlink Hotel”
I enjoyed my stay at Best Western Airlink Hotel. The location of the property is good, well connected with public transportation and facilities for Eateries within the environment. The Hotel presents a clean and quiet environment for relaxation. Connection to London Heathrow Airport from the Hotel is fairly easy and moderate in cost.

Convenient for Heathrow”
Picking up friends at Heathrow after a long flight and this was close to the Safestore where they left their luggage for a few days of touring. I booked far enough in advance to get a good deal, and check-in at midday was very convenient for their morning arrival. Parking on the premises was very welcome. The hotel is clean, bright and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Although near a busy intersection, it is well insulated from street noise. The shower was over the bath, which is normal but not suitable for me. I would recommend it for its reasonable price so close to Heathrow.

Great little place near the airport”
I stayed in some pretty sketchy hotel rooms in London, but this was easily the best value for the money I have seen. The room was spacious and modern. Bathroom was spotless and had new fixtures. Staff was courteous and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if I'm flying into or out of Heathrow.

The hotel is 15 minutes from London - Heathrow airport by car, or 40 minutes by public transportation. Nice, clean. Enjoyed my overnight stay there. Staff was very helpful. Thank you!

OK for price and location ”
Hotel was nice and modern and comfortable. Close to Heathrow which was why we booked. Also close to local bars and amenities. Weatherspoons nearby was good with quick service. Agoda advertised the rooms had safes and mini bar but they don't which was annoying. Night manager agreed to book us a taxi for the morning but he forgot. Also annoying. Manager in the morning sorted it quickly for us though thankfully.

Clean, quiet, close to station, exceeded expectations”
For the price I paid (£55 for a double room on a Saturday night) it was excellent. Hayes & Harlington station close by for travel to London. Room was a higher standard than a budget hotel needs to be.

Very nice room”
We used this hotel for an overnight Heathrow layover. It's about a 20-25 minute bus ride on Route 140. Very nicely decorated and furnished contemporary spacious room. Nice breakfast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Bar and restaurant being renovated as it is being turned into a Best Western, I believe. Hayes town center a block away, where there are shops, restaurants and pubs. Would stay there again, for an overnighter.

Great value hotel for Heathrow”
I stayed two nights ahead of an early flight. Room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were very friendly and competent. Car parking was available for £10 per day. It's walking distance to Hayes town centre which is why I chose it. Hayes is not somewhere you'd go out of your way to visit, but is still better than being stuck in a hotel that you can only leave by car. I'll stay here again ahead of Heathrow flights.

Friendly staffs”
If you know London very well this hotel is value for money. If you are not familiar London then it is a bit not convenient. We stayed over night in order to catch our flight and had very pleasant stay. Staffs are very friendly and hotel is very clean.

Nice place near to Airport ”
Nice place to live in Hayes town. Plenty of food shops at nearby walking distance. Bots Well pub nearby offers amazing breakfast. There is no water bottle.. so carry own water. X140 takes you directly to Heathrow Terminal 1,2,3. From there one can go to Terminal 4 or 5 easily for free. Hotel is 15-20 mins walk to Hayes and Harlington station Stockley Park has a direct connection too.

Rooms are room, heater wasn't working”
I had stayed overnight to catch a morning flight, there is X140 bus that takes you directly to Heathrow terminal 3. The room was fairly clean, but the heater wasn't working. I had informed the reception to fix it, but no was sent to fix it. Apparently I had to double up my quilt to sleep. I slept, but morning became too freezing. Hope they could have done something about the AC - central heating. Check before staying if they fixed the issue. Hotel is in Hayes town, food options are nearby on walking distance. Botwell Pub by Weatherspoon offers brilliant english breakfast in the morning, if your night doesn't include breakfast.

Good for 1 night prior to flying from Heathrow ”
The hotel was very, very hard to find which would be my only fault. My taxi driver could not find the location at all and we made several wrong turns so my only suggestion would be for the hotel to provide better land-marks and maps! The Manager was helpful to change my room (I wanted a quiet one) and although the noise traffic from the road could be head, it was perfectly fine for sleeping and the room was clean and bathroom modern. I did notice that some rooms come without a window. I am sure this is not a problem for some and especially if just staying for one night, however some people may be put off so just thought it worth mentioning. I would however gladly stay again window or windowless!

My partner and I stayed for one night at the hotel as we had an early morning flight from Heathrow. It's a good location to the airport and for the room value per night. We caught an Uber to Heathrow with ease, this cost around 12 pounds. What was disappointing about the say however was our booking mentioned we could check in from midday, when we arrived to the hotel the receptionist advised that standard check in was 2pm and if we wanted to check in any earlier we would have to pay an additional 10 pounds. It was 1pm when we arrived, our booking stated check in available from midday and the room was ready however they charged us anyway. Parking was also an additional 10 pounds.

My horrendous stay at Airlink Hotel, Hayes”
If good customer service is all you seek in a hotel, then this is the hotel for you. Airlink hotel is located less than 2 minutes walk from Hayes town centre and almost adjacent to a local mosque, so traffic is guaranteed, but not too far from Hayes and Harlington Station with numerous buses to Heathrow airport, Hounslow, Uxbridge etc. I had asked for a quiet room and it seemed someone needed to punish me for daring to make a request by giving me the exact opposite of what I had asked for. The noise level coming from the hallway was so high, that you would wonder if the people talking were actually inside your room. The members of staff are very nice and polite especially the young man at the reception and the one in the kitchen, who seemed to be the only one working there 24/7. Choice of breakfast was poor and limited; fried and straight out of packets. I will never ever again stay at the Airlink hotel. That's what you get from using the Agoda secret hotel booking service...

20 to 40 mins drive from Heathrow airport (depends on terminal). it may not be located near the airport, there is train station and bus stop nearby for you to go to the airport whatever how late/early flight you are going to catch

Not what I expected”
When i booked the hotel I called the staff to find out how far the hotel was by bus from Heathrow. The guy told me 10 mins by bus. It was actually more like 25 mins and from bus stop had to navigate bag through streets with roadworks to get to the hotel. If i had know how way out the hotel was by bus , i would not have stayed there. It was value for money though. Hotel room was clean and good enough just to sleep overnight.

Good option if you need to be in Hayes/Heathrow”
Hayes isn't a very nice area, but I needed to be there on business and this hotel is a good option in the area. Nice room, big tv, good shower. Simple but fine breakfast with cereals, toast, croissant, fruit etc. Fair price for what you get and compares well to other places in this area.
