I wish the subway was closer, but everything else it's right on point for been in Paris.

good location”

the location is good. next to the metro station. just 2 stops to the big station Nation which is connected many different metro lines. the staff speak very well english. i have a good experience with this hotel. one thing is that there are not too many restaurants nearby.

1st time in Paris, not a bad stay”

We had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and tidied up everyday. It is a 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station Bel Air or Picpus. We stayed for 4 nights. WIFI was working well for the first 3 nights.. it went crazy on the last. Overall, good stay.

Average”

My stay i would say was just average, we didnt have room service everyday to do standard things such as change covers and empty bins, i had to tell them to do it on the 3rd day as they still havent at that point. Internet was the worse i've experienced in my life; as people who are coming for holiday you'll expect wifi at ur hotel especially if you're booked with one that says they provide excellent internet, i could connect for a few seconds and then after that i couldnt, i basically was not connected throughout my stay so i had no choice but to turn on my data roaming which costs me and extra £12 also at the end of our stay they said we must pay service tax etc etc, it was an unexpected bill.

NOT A 4 Star hotel - more like 2 star”

Overall: terrible experience, absolutely recommend Airbnb or hostel over this - I can't compare this to a hotel it would just be off the chart. 2 star hotel at best and if your expectation is that it's a 4 star hotel you will be in for a heart attack Cons: 1. Severely under staffed - always only one person at the reception, always miss replenishing something everyday and will refuse to deliver to your room and ask you to pick it up yourself from the front desk 2. Pipe leakage: everyday some parts of our bathroom has leaks and each time it's reflected we been told next day it will be fixed - they did clean it but it was never fixed 3. Ventilation: very stuffy air and only heater works not air con, no option to just have a fan on 4. A staff by the name of Kevin hung up the phone on me after I asked what his manager's name is. To be fair he first responded he doesn't know and after I asked again to confirm I heard him right he was very frustrated and hung up on me

Little bit far from Picpus or Belair station, but supermarket and many restaurants are closed to the hotel.

Convenient hotel for Paris”

Stay was without major problem. The only minor issue was that Wi-Fi was not reliable.

Addition tax”

Be careful of the addition tax you need to pay at the hotel. The price you booked is not include some taxes.

Good Location”

Close to 2 subway lines so it's rather convenient to get around town. It is even walkable to the city centre. Many dining and entertainment options in the neighbourhood but still far away enough not to get the noise. Rooms are adequate but not fancy, have stayed at nicer Adagios elsewhere in the city

The carpeting was filthy in spots ... I couldn't believe the room was offered to a guest in that condition.

Fantastic location in quiet Parisian suburb, FranPrix supermarket across the road, Saturday mornings locals come alive at the markets plenty of good eateries close by and several metro stations and bus routes within a few minutes walk.

No recomiendo para nada este hotel, los cuartos son viejos , la limpieza es nefasta, el olor a cigarrillo en 4 habitaciones que rentamos fatal, los baños terribles también duchas oxidadas, no vale la pena , para nada recomendado este hotel

L'etablissement est situe dans une rue au calme et le personnel est tres professionnel. La chambre est un peu petite mais c'est Paris.
