Good Location & Clean
The rooms are well maintained except we found 1 mattress with stain. Though it is not located at the center of CB, it is accessible with few stops of free tram ride to restaurants , shops and China town.

Disappointed and not worth the value
1. Check-in have to till after 2pm 2. No sense of security as any one can walk in and visit any floor/room without access cards 3. Facilities is poor as no toiletries provided hence the quality of tea bags and coffee provided is cheap without any taste. Cups is small also 4. Room is big but only one light working 5. Unable to switch on the 2 side bed light as the switches was no way near the bed. Got light cable but no switches provided. 6. Room big but only a small tiny window which cannot open. 7. Booking mention the view is dockland but when staying in the view is police station block. Since opposite is the new block of police station 8. Shower room without door 9.

Great location
Conveniently located near Southern Cross station so handy to public transport. Comfy bed, quiet rooms, friendly staff. Have stayed there several times in the past and would stay again.
