If you can get a good deal and you need a place for a night, it is worth the money, but understand what this is. Occasional wasps. Diner next door was amazing.

Motel with No Deal-Breakers but Many Shortcomings”

GOOD: 1) Bed was quite comfortable. 2) WiFi worked well. 3) Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. 4) Although this motel was not cheap, it would be difficult to find better nightly lodging in Dallas at this price. BAD: 1) Swimming pool was closed. 2) Laundry room was closed. 3) "Breakfast" was scarcely more than a coffee and a tiny plastic-wrapped burrito, stale on the outside, soggy on the inside. 4) Bright floodlights in the parking light, from dusk until dawn, were very annoying and made it unbearable to leave the curtain open then. 5) Heater was so noisy, it was impossible to leave it on when trying to go to sleep, so the room got cold at night. 6) Refrigorator was noisy sometimes and water accumulated inside. 7) Alarm clock, when not set for the alarm to go off, would make a little noise of static buzz. 8) Motel is along a 10-lane highway, with a continual stream of vehicles, so there was a constant background noise in the room, like a river of traffic, even at night. 9) No hangars in the room, despite management saying they would bring some. 10) WiFi required renewed login every day or two. 11) Floors looked clean, but running a damp white towel across them revealed how dirty they actually were. 12) Sheets were made of some artificial material that produced a storm of static sparks whenever they were moved. 13) No phone in the room, so no easy way to contact the front desk, except to go there in-person. 14) One Sunday night at 10:30 PM, I was woken up by the noise of a construction crew using a wet vac or something to do work on the room next door - on a Sunday night at 10:30 PM. 15) After complaining to them about the noise waking me up, they apologized, but then they simply went to another room a bit further away - and woke me up again at about 11:15 PM using the same loud noisy power tool, thus obliging me to go in-person to the front desk to get management to tell them to stop - on a Sunday night (!?!). 16) Lightbulbs in the room were

Average motel, probably over priced. Staff more than helpful & having the 24 diner next door is very handy. Swimming pool out of action which had the appearance of being long term. Rooms are dated and need to be refurbished especially considering the amount charged.

Cheap hotel and a moderate price”

The hotel was satisfactory for my one-night need because of its location, but I would probably not ever stay there again. It didn't feel clean and it was in mild disrepair. In addition, there were some ghetto gang-bangers staying in the room next to me and I didn't feel comfortable there. I guess they'll rent to anyone. On the upside, there's a fantastic little restaurant, Buzzbrews, very nearby which is open 24 hours a day.

My first room was too close to the street and the housekeeping room. The second room was a higher floor, but the AC couldn’t keep it cool enough in the 95° weather .

Hôtel assez facile d'accès, chambres propres et climatisées, personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner simple mais convenable. Le seul regret pas vraiment de possibilité pour dîner le soir dans ce secteur. Peu de bruit malgré la proximité de la route. Pas trop loin de l'historique centre ville Mc Kinney et de son tramway (à faire, très sympathique)

そもそもダラス自体が観光向きな都市ではないのでロケーションはどうしようもないがウーバーを使えばこのホテルはほぼ完璧だと思う。 何気にアメニティが充実してるし質も良い物を置いている。 ランドリー有り。 ファストフィード、大きめの商店、コンビニ至近。
