Although we did not request it, we got a handicap accessible room - with no carpet and handicap shower with the chair. Not needing that, we would not pick that again,. But the room, hallways, and lobby were clean and in good condition. The breakfast room was the nicest one we've been in almost regardless of all the hotels we've stayed in. I t was large and well-tended to - like being in a nice living room.

This is a typical hotel. It is good for a quick overnight when traveling. They have lovely flowers planted and maintained around the perimeter. I loved the roses. I wish they locked the outside door at night.

Not worth the money. Had bugs on the floor. Had to wipe a water spot on floor and the rag was black!! Way better places then this. The men that worked the desks, was shady and don't trust them! They seem to not trust Americans.

Great Stay”
Yes, this property could use some updates - new drapes, more outlets for electronics, etc., but overall this is a great hotel. It is very clean, the room was spacious, the bed was comfy, the staff is simply amazing, and the location is ideal. (The coffee in the lobby area is also very good for those who are coffee-lovers like myself.) This is truly a bargain and the location is close to everything you would need ... dining options, shopping, casinos, and the freeway. It is a safe location as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

from the website picture and reviews I figured this was going to be a great hotel for my family to stay at, upon getting to our so called "non-smoking" room, which smelled like smoke and the cleanliness was not a high priority to this room. I complained that night about the smoke smell, since my kids are allergic. The front desk response was want an air freshener? Really like that would help with my kids allergies. In the morning breakfast was like any other breakfast at a hotel, really no complaints there. The rooms around our room was all updated and look pretty clean, of course we ended up in a old and disgusting room, if I would have known that I would NOT have booked this room. The front desk lady checked us out and of course did NOT ask me how our stay was, but I left her know anyway. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN. Unsatisfied Family
