The room is small but nice and clean and the location is super.”
The room is indeed small but has all you need and very clean. The bath room has a bath tub but have to wait a bit for the hot water to come. The hair dryer is not very powerful. But the location of the hotel is super. Opera and the Louvre are both within walking distance and lots of metro stations nearby. The front desk is very nice and helpful. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby. I would highly recommend the hotel if space is not something you care.

Exceptional”
Location was good, a bit of walk from major landmarks. Hotel staff Fen and Jef were very helpful. Jef very kindly loan a charging port to me during my stay and recommended some places to dine and visit in the city. Chinese housekeeping lady was also very friendly and kind. All were great, except just 1 thing to improve, I placed my luggage with reception staff Laurent, when I returned, I noticed my luggages were simply placed in front of the elevator where many people would passby and could easily grab my things. I had various valuable purchases in my luggage and this was not acceptable. Please take note in future, otherwise, all were great.

Staff was very helpful, especially with the parking situation. Rooms are small but to be expected in Paris. Everything was clean, room was quiet - exactly what we needed for our trip! Location was excellent, close to 2 metros, and within walking distance of Louvre/Opera/Notre Dame, etc.

A not so good experience at the reception”
We booked 3 rooms with 5 people. When we arrived the hotel around 2pm, the recepionist (a man) said the rooms were not ready, and they still need one more hour to clean and prepare. We asked if we can have just one room to store the baggages and refresh a bit after a long journey. He said not possible in a very rude way. Then a lady came and did a double check. She suggested if we didn't insist all 3 rooms at same floor, she might be able to arrange one room first. We never said we need all rooms located on the same floor, the male receptionist just said no at the first place even without trying to solve the problem. it was very bad experience. The rest of the stay was ok, we bascially went out in the morning and came back after dinner. Expect the house-keeping, we didn't receive any other services.
