Best Western Grand Hotel Tsim Sha Tsui, good location”
we went there on April 2017, and we found this place quite near MTR Station which is Jordan MTR exit B (austin road) around 450m, from the hotel if you walk you can get to tsim sha tsui street in about 10 minutes, near the hotel you can find mini market, restaurant, boutique, and review of the room is like this, we have good view from 26th floor, the room is not spacious, for 2 person with two luggage, but they can storage the luggage under the bed, they cleaned the room every day and change the towel, and filled up the mineral water, the bathroom is small but clean with amenities, the front desk service is ok, you can order airport transport from level 2 of the hotel (concierge) but i recommend you book 1 day before departure, from the hotel to hk airport using hotel transport the charge is HK$135/person, and the travel time is around 1 hours, because the will pick up another passengers from another hotel before go to airport, overall its good hotel and enjoyable

Great location in Tsim Sha Tsui”
Loved the Best Western and would definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants just outside of the hotel with great Japanese, Korean, Hong Kong, Shanghai and even Thai cuisine. Jordan Street station is just five minutes walk and all shopping areas in Tsim Sha Shui are easily accessed from here. Staff are really helpful and all of them speak English. Rooms are small but very comfortable and well appointed. Best value for the price.

Best Western Grand Hotel”
The hotel represents good value for money and is closely located to Knutsford Terrace in TST, Kowloon. This is like Kowloon's "Lan Kwai Fong" bar scene, but its less intensive but still fun. The hotel staff are responsive and cordial, its located on Austin Avenue almost between Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui MRT stations. The single rooms are not especially large but its relative to the price you pay, the toilets sit in a very constrained space within the bathrooms. However, for the budget versus other hotels it represents value & the breakfast buffet is a good way to start the day.

Good location and comfortable room”
The hotel is in a convenient location, quite close to the MTR and within 10 - 15 mins walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui. The room is clean and comfortable, although of the small size typical of Hong Kong hotels and there are no closets, just plenty of clothes hooks on the wall and space under the bed for luggage, and a fold-out table top next to the bed, but this is okay for a business traveller. There are also a lot of good food places in the road behind the hotel and along the main road.

quality and service you expect from BW”
This location was exactly what you'd expect out of a BW Hotel in Hong Kong: great facilities, extremely helpful staff, a very comfortable room with a very functional design. Your options for shopping and eating in Tsim Tsa Shui are unlimited, as either direction you step from one of the exits will lead you to tantalizing choices. It's for that reason we declined to take the normally-reliable BW breakfast. The only possible gripe would have to be that the nearest subway station entrance is a good fifteen minutes' walk.

Recent Stay ”
I stayed in the Best Western Grand Hotel last week. The level of service given since day 1 from check in was fast and very professional. Throughout my stay, the concierges on the 2nd floor was very helpful and also efficient. They were very service oriented. The only things that I would like to point out is the size of the room was pretty small, without a wardrobe. But as I was travelling alone, the room size wasn't much of a issue. The location of the hotel was also a mere 10mins walk to the MTR station. As I, myself was also a hotelier, given the service standards of the hotel, I would want to stay there again. Everything was almost to perfection.

Overall it's Good”
The location is in Tsim Tsa Tsui at Austin Road, 5-10 minutes walk to MTR Station (Jordan). There is many option for eating from cheap to expensive. The room is quite small but its tipical of Hong Kong Hotel. The weakness of this hotel is just the facilities, because i dont see anything accept the room :)

Great location, Beautiful Hotel but rooms are tiny”
This hotel was located in a perfect location! So close to shopping in Tsim Sha Tsui and to the harbour front... was able to walk to almost everything except Hong Kong Island! Definitely would stay here if you want to be in the middle of everything but not directly on a main road.

Value for money”
This is our first time went to Hong Kong and of course we are looking at a minimum budget. Hehe. So, after 1 - 2 months searching, comparing and study the hotel price range, we decided to choose Best Western Grand Hotel because of value for money (as we stay 5 days in HK), location and the tall building itself. With the golden blinking, awesome. The hotel location also ok; walking distance from MTR Station Jordan. Everyday we walked to MTR station and it seems like a morning exercise to us. Hehe good for health. Overall, i like this hotel and sure will recommend to our family members and friends.

Nice location, accessible to various places in the Tsim Sha Tsui.”
Very nice location, walking distance from Jordan MTR. We are only surprised that the room is quite small but the interior compensated the limited space. Staff are friendly and the housekeeping is always on time. Highly recommended to all travelers planning to stay in the Tsim Sha Tsui area.

Nice hotel for a quick stay”
I had an unexpected extra night in Hong Kong so chose this hotel as it is quite new and was cheap. The lobby design is nice and big, check in was very quick. Yes the rooms are very small, mine had a double bed that basically filled the room and the bathroom had a half bath in it, which may have been better suited for just a shower and the bed was quite hard however the room design was new, it was clean, quiet and was fine for the 1 night I had there. If I had to spend a single night in Hong Kong I would have no problem going back there. If I was in Hong Kong for multiple nights I would probably choose a hotel with a bigger room.

Location is good.”
Good location. It is located at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Although it is walking distance to the nearest MTR, it is situated between Tsim Sha Tsui station and Jordan. So it is up to you to turn left or right. Service Quality is good, and friendly.

Very Good Hotel ”
The room was clean and full of facilities. It's a good hotel if you don't mind with the spacing in the room. Easy to find and only take around 10 minutes to walk down to Tsim Sha Tsui and MTR Station.

Value for money.”
This is my second time staying at this wonderful hotel located within Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area. Many choices of dining to choose from and everything is within reaching distance. Given the lack of space in Hong Kong ,don't expect too much in term of room size and facilities. This is by far the best money can offer so I will be back again.

Accessible and Comfortable Hotel in HK.”
My husband and I went to HK first week of Feb, 2013 to celebrate our anniversary. We asked our daughter to book our flight and trip, she gave us our flight ticket and hotel room voucher and we had no idea what's instore for us. We checked-in and check-out at the hotel with no fuss. We had a great time at the hotel. It was small but tidy. I would always bring a spare bed sheet as I'm usually uncomfortable using hotel linens, but I found Best Western Hotel's linen to be clean, freshly laundried and stain free. The hotel is walking distance from almost all the essential establishments so we can wake up late and not worry about missing breakfast time in the city. It's also fun to walk around. My other daughter who flew in from her Indonesia trip also checked-in at Best Western hotel, five days after we left. I wrote her a letter and left a few stuff she might need and she got everything when she checked-in. Great hotel, reasonably priced for a hotel in the city.

August 2016”
My friends and I stayed at Best Western Grand Hotel. Our room was small but had a nice interior. Excellent location - the hotel was walking distance to Jordan Station. We were a group of 6, so we booked 3 rooms with breakfast. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we only found out that the breakfast was only good for 1 person PER room. (First time to encounter this kind of set-up since normally if the room is good for 2pax, the breakfast should also be for 2 pax). This should have been clearly stated in the booking sites.

Good & Affordable for High Priced HK!”
The location is good, you do need to walk a bit however there are things to see nearby and Nathan Rd. is only two blocks away. For Hong Kong the price was very good, and the room was a decent size. Having stayed in HK several times in hostels and in terrible accommodations, this was a choice I made to have a nice weekend and spend a little more to have my accommodations be clean, private and still in a walkable location without paying a fortune, and the hotel didn't disappoint. The only thing I noticed that was a drawback was that I think the rooms used to be smoking rooms and so there was a faint residual smell of cigaret smoke, which I really only noticed at night when I was in the room for a while.

Good hotel but rooms a bit sparse”
Stayed at the property for a total of 5 nights. Overall the hotel was quite good. Although you need to walk about 5-10 mins to get to the nearest MTR station (Jordan), it is still bearable for me. Walk a bit more and you can reach Temple Street Market to the right, and to Tsim Sha Tsui on the left. I was given a room on the highest floor and the view was marvellous. What mars the experience for me was the non-existence of a wardrobe to hang my clothes. Instead there are a few hooks for you to hang a minimal amount of clothes. Perhaps that is the standard in Hong Kong but as a first time traveller there, was taken aback by the size of the room to be honest. Apart from that little bug, everything else was good.
