        Nice, clean, basic room”

        Enjoyed my stay at the best western. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Pillows were lumpy but not too terrible. They could be replaced. Other than that it was a nice, updated room.

        Worked ok for just passing through”

        It's been a long time since we stayed in a hotel/motel with outside entrances to each room. Didn't notice this on the website photo but you couldn't really tell either. It worked okay. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Arica at check-in was terrific. Day staff very nice too.

        Excellent hotel”

        We stayed in a pet friendly room. It was very clean, smelled fresh, the breakfast was decent and the price affordable. I wish we could find just as nice and affordable everywhere we travel!

        Youth Baseball Travel”

        The rooms were clean and the overall look of the place was satisfactory. The location was perfect. The disappointment was the false advertisement present for the hotel description from the agoda website. We were looking for a hotel with an outdoor pool for the boys to enjoy after baseball. The Hotel overview stated "go for a swim in the heated outdoor seasonal pool" and "chill over a a cocktail in the lounge to catch up with friends". This location did NOT have a pool and the "lounge" is not any type of bar our lounge area. This area is the same location they serve breakfast! We were very disappointed in the false advertisement and the fact we did not have a pool during the 110 heat index of Indiana!

        Right off the highway and adequate facilities ”

        Our room was clean,easy access, with an I K breakfast. Typical scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Not enough fruit but everything was there.

        The stay was average, adequate. It met my needs and expectations. ”

        The only issue I experienced was shortly after I settled into the room, a maintenance man let himself in. He must have thought the room was still vacant. As soon as he saw me, he apologized and closed the door. Luckily I wasn't doing anything embarrassing. I called the front desk. That person apologized too. I guess they need to notify maintenance as soon as someone checks into a room.

        Didn't stay there. RV parking was unavailable, as advertised. Also, all rooms have external doors, which is a security concern . Also, registration desk staffer was unable to get into the computer to check us in at all .
