Huge room for couple”
the room are huge with a large tv area, all the shops and historical building are all within walking distance, hotel have private garrage and there are also lots of parking space in a near by public carpark for those who drove.

Average but will improve ”
We found the room so/so but we did book the cheapest rate through Agoda. We were on the 4th floor and had a room that got much noise from outside as well as guests. The shower was poor. No pressure, tiny and it served its purpose of getting you clean . The air com did not work and gave a smell to the room. But this is being replaced as we discovered on our check out. Work men had started that day to replace the units. Did make getting to and from our room difficult. The bed needs replacing. The breakfast was good and paying €5.00 per person is excellent value.

lazy staff and bad service”
The hotel itself is not bad and is located right in the center of town. It's a bit expensive for what you're getting (and of course in Italy they add on a "tourist tax" but only after you check out so that its not evident in the original price. However, don't count of the staff for anything that requires actual effort. They refused to print a receipt for me (who does that?) because I had purchased the room with an online site. More importantly, our bill ended up having a 70 euro charge for a local phonecall that lasted 6 minutes. We complained to the staff but the response was typical "I can't do anything about it (because it would require thought and effort) so live with it and email someone about it" Overall the staff were unhelpful and rude, also on other occasions.

Vista la posizione centralissima non sarebbe male aggiungere un servizio di bici a noleggio. L'hotel si trova in una viuzza a senso unico poco transitata che ne garantisce la tranquillità degli ospiti. Ampia camera tripla con tv, radiosveglia e frigobar, peccato per il bagno datato. Colazione con varietà di torte, frutta, formaggi, salumi e altri prodotti confezionati; le bevande calde possono essere preparate in autonomia dalla macchinetta oppure dall'addetto al bar. Ottimo segnale wi-fi in tutta la struttura. Posto auto in garage a 20,00 euro al giorno o su strada con ticket gratuito.
