Free parking available. The hotel was easy to find, just follow the signs for Best Western i-City. The lobby was comfortable and they provided drinks (cold water with lemon) at the lobby during the day. Check in process was smooth and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, there’s space for me and husband to perform prayer together, the bed and pillows were not the best but acceptable, hair dryer, toiletries, towel, mineral water, kettle, tea and Nescafé were provided in the room, and there were plenty channels on the tv. The location is the best, walking distance to the central i-City mall, it is inside the i-city theme park area and you can roaming around freely. The dining area is spacious and comfortable, there is outdoor dining area too. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast buffet and the taste was okay. Unlimited free entry to the i-City waterworld upon staying at the hotel. Awesome!!

The Best in Shah Alam”
I came here for a transit/short vacay with my husband, he’s scheduled to return to Sarawak via Subang Airport and this hotel is close enough for that. I was an ex-uitm student and staying here brings back memories of my student years. I couldn’t believe I-city looked like a whole different City compared to back then. Nice view, clean and quiet, well-equipped room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, we had to print some last minute covid test and documents to enter sarawak border and the receptionist help us to print and photocopy. There’s a pc at the lobby in case you need to use the internet to print. Very conveniently located at seksyen 7 where all the eateries and stores are. Shopping malls and giant mall nearby. Really enjoyed my stay and will come again. Especially when i-city is back again in business

value for money, walking distance to all icity theme park. as all day pass need to be use within 1 day- its quite convenient has a hotel room to stay as most of the outdoor park only operating at 3 pm above n most after 6pm. in afternoon we check in, n went to water park n rest a while at hotel room awaiting for other park operating. my kids are enjoying the theme park very much - almost 80% children theme park we went with all day pass ( bought at cheapest price rm30+ n 40+) we finish up at 10pm, bought dinner - near to hotel n have a nice sleep at comfort hotel . next day we had dinner ( quite variety - value with money we paid for the hotel room) n went back home 😄. sure will book again!

Traveling with 2 kids. Room package free breakfast and 2 ticket waterpark. Take 5 minute walking to the waterpark. Checkin only took less then 25min. My room level 17. We got the themepark view with the nice sunset. The cleanliness is good. Breakfast soo good too. So many choices. We satisfied on everything. Thankyou for your friendly staff too. The place is so convenience to stay. Walking distance to attraction and the best part, the room is super clean. The hotel staffs are so polite and friendly. The check in very smooth. The hotel also provide praying mat as we forgot to bring ours. Overall value for money and we will book again when we are at Selangor again.

Pengalaman yang terbaik. Due to CNY try to public holiday escape with the nearest place. And this place is absolute a good choice. Very near to main attraction, 2 free ticket for waterpark. Many choice and variety of buffet breakfast. Can come again if have any good promotion and package. 👍 For info: You need to install icity superapp to proceed with free voucher ticket for waterpark and make sure that the staff scan the voucher once you finish the check in the the apps. 👍

Staff is very freindly, and the check in/check out process is fast and convenient. The apartment is large and cheerful, and it's situated very near to legoland. There's also games inside, as well as one playground room. If there's any improvement to make, it would be on the water pressure and some of the water heater are not working. Overall, this place is great and I highly recommend this place for everyone. Surely will repeat again 😊

Easy check in & check out. Best location for those who wants to go to waterpark and icity park. Spacious room for my whole family, 2 adults and 2 kids. Cleanliness was great. Toilet also clean. Room was cozy enough to get the good night sleep.

Was staying in a more expensive hotel and I decided to switch to this hotel after reading reviews. Didn’t have time to explore everything but the staffs were much nicer, rooms were compact but good enough for a solo traveller like me and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Glad that we made a last minute choice to stay here 1 night. For the price u paid, u will get a complimentary parking (validate at counter & put into the machine for verification). As the park open at night, i was a great choice as we can freely go back to room for solat & rest, then come down again to enjoy the attraction

It worths our money! We were shocked when we learned that each registered hotel guest can redeem 2 unlimited water park passes by using the Superapp. Unfortunately for us, time constraint prevented us from redeeming the free passes. The room is a bit small, but comfortable. The room is clean, has toilettries set - dental kit, shaving kit, etc. Ironing set is sent to the room upon request. The hotel location is in I-City itself, thus it is easier to commute. The I-City attractions are within walking distance. The parking is free too! This was a very pleasant stay for me!

Nice place to rest with family. Exciting place during the night with play areas like snow walk, ferries wheel, light trees, child car, trains etc. Should come and feel it by yourselves. Have wet water park free for 2 ticket. Nearby sogo i city to shopping and enjoy a lot of meals there.
