This hotel was conveniently located to the airport which is what I needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable! I liked everything about this hotel and will be booking it for my next stay. In fact, I will be looking for Best Western whenever I travel now.

Awake and Not Happy”
It started at the front desk - Jacob did nothing but check me in and hand over the keys, no mention of what time breakfast is in the am nothing about the pool...Nada not even small talk. The room doors in the hotel are so heavy that if you let it close on it's own...the walls shack. The walls are thin here so you will hear others muffled talk or their alarm clocks. However the AC may drown that out of course you won't hear or sleep. The coffee maker in my room did not work and when I called down in the morning....she at the front desk told me "she didn't have any extra at the desk that I will need to come down to the breakfast area....sure in my nightgown I want to do that....It was a clean location, the staff needs to at least act like they like their job and put a bit of a smile on your face....and housekeeping needs to make sure everything in the room works...if not call it in....I use to work at a hotel :)

The staff are very nice and helpful. I did however run into an incident, where I was left stranded at the nearby mall I was dropped off too on my 2nd day there. No one was answering the only phone number because as I learned they were all at their Christmas celebration during the hour of noon to 1p when I called multiple times. I have stayed here previously and never encounter an issue. While I am happy they had the opportunity to get together socially, they should make plans not to leave guest stranded. Shout out to Kelly for breakfast and drop offs! Also to Angie, without whom, my reservation would in question!!! Thank you Ladies!!! Sharon

Manager is awful”
We’ve been staying here for over a month, and the manager is awful and so rude. There price you pay on this site usually is adjusted to whatever price they want and in the beginning it was only $25 for incidentals and now she said they charge $50 for incidentals every night you stay there. So if you plan on staying 3 nights make sure you have $150 extra for the incidentals. I’m a grown adult and I don’t feel comfortable making another grown adult clean up my mess so I do it myself but that pissed the manager off. The night shift ladies are a lot more professional and easy to deal with. We ask them for new sheets and towels. The prices are now 71 a night , if you have the opportunity to stay some where else i would.

Very noisy street, abrupt AM staff not prepared with the AM cold breakfast the hotel advertises to have ready before the 4AM shuttle. The shuttle is a nice option but at 4AM the woman who was working still had the lights turned off in the breakfast room where she had abruptly said we could go get coffee. Maybe she had been left to handle the situation alone but she needs customer service skills. The hotel is overpriced and one of the positives is the shuttle being ready for early AM flights. At 4:05AM we still had no shuttle ready to leave with a handful of guests waiting in the lobby.

Glitch”
I stay here often but was disappointed this weekend with breakfast set up. Other times food was hot and staff there to help and even make to go plates. This morning I stood in front of staff while she was head first in her phone. I picked up my own plate, utensils and even the lid of one container and she didn't even budge. Finally when I grab tongs she looks up and begins to help. All the food had no burners under them. Eggs cold, sausage burnt and cold, biscuits cold even gravy cold. Not a good morning hello

Not only do they have an airport shuttle (Gateway) but they have a great breakfast, appetizers at the bar, computer room, gym, and pool! Very good value!
