When I got their I had to go to the rest room and was told that it was out of order.in stead of giving me my room card so I could go.I had to go out in to the parking lot and release myself.and the pool was out of order that's why I pick that hotel

Took our family here for my son’s graduation from WVU. Reserved 3 rooms. They lost 2 of the 3 reservations. We were given a pet room without even being told - it smelled of dog and mildew. We had one towel in the bathroom for 3 days. When we requested more, desk agent wearing hoodie (with hood actually on his head) told us “we ain’t got no more towels”. Completely unacceptable. Room had not been serviced by 6pm on second day. When I called front desk asking when this would be done (hoping to get more towels in the process), the phone rang and rang, with no answer. I then walked to front desk to ask in person. Where was front desk agent?? Outside, in hotel driveway, talking to his girlfriend. I asked him if he knew the phone was ringing off the hook at the desk. His response? “It always does that.” Breakfast room ran out of coffee and cups every morning within first hour of being open. We even tried to go earlier to get coffee, but to no avail.
