Front desk personnel were very helpful and the hotel was very close to the center of town and local restaurants. Short walk from train station and tram to Rotterdam stopped in front of hotel so it was very easy to get around in the area.

Historic environment ”
What a beautiful hotel, very much in the center of historic Delft, super parking garage in front, friendly people. The hotel is a collection of houses next to the Princenhof, the place where William of Orange lived and led the revolution from and eventually was assassinated.

Almost perfect except there’s a smell when we get in the room, but after opened the window for a while, it got better. And except the housekeeper entered my room without getting my permission.

Hotel is great, except for the hourly church bells”
I love the hotel, it's location, the old buildings it's located it in, the staff, etc. But....the church bells next door ring every hour, even at night! My Garmin watch noticed that I woke up every hour at night, because the church bells ring. I love churches, but not if they ring throughout the night. Otherwise the hotel would have received a 5 star rating from me, because the location, price and atmosphere were perfect.

Good hotel in city centre”
Good property located in the city centre. We were put up in a new block around 100 metres away from the main reception. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Unfortunately cable was not working so we couldnt watch television (i do like to watch some when i travel), we had couple of staff come and fix it but could not. I would have preferred a wider selection of Breakfast and a tea-coffee machine in the room

Great hotel in an old set of buildings very close to the wonderful old center of Delft. Easy walking distance to town center, restaurants, etc. Also, not far from rail line. 12 minutes to Rotterdam.

Mega Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption ”
Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er ging auf alle unsere Anliegen bestens ein und machte mehr als 100%. Er ging die sogenannten Extra Meile an Service für uns. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch. Als einziges Minus war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Zwischen den Matratzen lag alter Müll und viel Dreck.

Hotelkamer was shoon, aan de kleine kant maar voor een nachtje prima. Jammer dat bij het ontbijt werd gezegd dat we niet betaald hadden, maar op een andere lijst stond het gelukkig wel goed.

Heerlijk hotel tegen het centrum van delft”
Fijn hotel niks op aan te merken. Lekker ontbijt echte verse juice de orange Goede bedden Enige was dat wij nog het oude adres hadden doorgekregen dus stonden we aan de achterkant van het hotel waar de receptie niet meer was.
