Great hotel around the downtown Victoria area”

It has been a while since we last stayed in Victoria but we were able to get a reasonable deal during middle of June. The hotel itself was fine, the location was great. You could find parking off the street without any problem. We would stay here again if there is any special deals in the future.

Best Service Hotel I have came across”

I have stayed in several mid-range hotels but nothing beats this hotel. It's not because of the free upgrade we got from a twin room to a suite. But it is for the dedication the customer service staff puts in to ensure you have a smooth stay. They are well trained in tackling every situation, resolve any disputes displeasures be it monetary compensation or immediate assistance. Despite a couple of hiccups which resulted in me requesting for help (i hardly do that), they managed to resolve them in minutes. The cleaners are very very friendly too. I had a good stay.

Excellent stay overall”

Great overall, got a free room upgrade, complimentary coffee and tea, helpful staff who knew the city well, and clean rooms. Although bathroom was a bit chilly in November the rest of the room was very comfortable.

I'm happy that I stayed here because it is accessible to everything and have very accommodating staff although the hotel is still under renovation.

Really great location and a nice room and bathroom. Staff were very nice and everything was within walking distance. Would recommend.

We felt it was located downtown and within walk to many spots. In and out with a car is a challenge.

In general was a good experiencia. I got an upgrate and was fantastic. My family was more comfortable. The only issue was the mal odor in one of the bathrooms, maybe to poor cleanliness.

The staff were remarkable and knew what they were selling and where everything was. When I asked for an upgrade, it was granted without a problem.

Strategic location”

Room was clean. Strategic location at city center. Had a delicious ala carte breakfast at their restaurant near lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was smooth.

It is right in the center of downtown Victoria. It is so accessible to restaurants. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy.
