I am so in love with this hotel. The staff is so sweet and friendly! I enjoyed the free breakfast service, especially because the lady, whose name I failed to get, was amazing and took care of us with such a positive attitude. The rooms were nice and clean. For the money I paid, it was well worth my stay. I’ve been here twice now and planning on staying here whenever I’m in town. God bless you guys!!

This is like our second home! Being that we work in Dallas but live two hours away, we’ve had to stay at hotels. This is by far the place we like the most and the staff makes us feel like we’re at home. We will definitely continue staying here whenever we’re in Dallas!!

The pictures lie!”
All though the staff was great, and everything was very clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast, this is not a 3 1/2 star hotel. The pictures show in room bottles of water and and a bar, and it states they have bbq grills.No water bottles, no frills, and the bar is closed The business center does not have office chairs or computers, it only has outlets to plug in your own computer. We did enjoy our stay and would stay again with the same discount we rcvd on Agonda, but not at the regular price.

I regret that you're unhappy with your stay
NEVER AGAIN”
This was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever had! And I travel frequently for work and personal. There were several signs upon initial check in that this was not going to be the experience we hoped for. We were in town for a formal even that Saturday and didn't arrive until almost midnight. The hotel was "busy" as though it were mid afternoon. There were a lot of just random standing around with no reason to be in the lobby. Not to mention NO ONE was wearing a mask and the staff NEVER enforced face coverings. The staff working behind the counter were dressed as though they were at a house party, with sweats and "hoodies" on, one which read "SMOKERS CLUB' and the other was wearing a bandana around his forehead. Upon going to our room we passed several other guests who appeared to be either heavily intoxicated or high and they were NOT wearing masks . 15 minutes after getting into our room, the knocking began. We had our door knocked on THREE different times prior to contacting management downstairs and requesting a refund. It was 2 o'clock in the morning and we were exhausted but just wanted OUT. The desk offered to "upgrade" us and moved us to the 5th floor to another room. The room smelled horrible, like something had decayed in the room. We were initially accidentally given the wrong room key, and were given cards to a room that was already occupied. The mistake was noticed right before we were going to walk into the new room. After not going to bed until after 3AM, we awoke the next morning for breakfast and were again extremely uncomfortable in the dining area, as again NO ONE was wearing a mask other than myself and my husband. After taking FIVE flights of stairs back to our room with no breakfast, we began to get ready for our event. This was a formal event, so here we are hiking stairs with a tuxedo on and a long formal dress and heels because the elevator was broken! this is the second time i stayed at ths hotel. i like the location and hotel charge are fairly reasonable for the room size. easy access to wi-fi. but, most important this hotel offer smoking room, so i can smoke in the room without going out of my room. breakfast are so so at this hotel as little choice o foods.

When we asked to change we were told that we had to pay for the change.... One has to walk down a long corridor to the elevators. Plus there was no room service and with weary travelers arriving late having room service would be great.

Little more than an inconvenient stop over”
Don't be fooled into believing this hotel is near DFW airport. It is not. Also if you read that an airport shuttle service runs for guests this is not true either. The receptionist brought many laughs - after we left and could reflect on the experience. Even with the Agoda booking confirmation and reference number she refused to accept that we had a booking. We only had seven hours to rest but were forced to spend over an hour and a half reaching the hotel and trying to check in. To be honest after this experience combined with tasting the hotel food, I think sleeping on the airport floor would have been preferable.

Update from my first review - BED BUGS! Stay away!”
Since my first review, I have not yet resolved my issue with this hotel. They never called me back and they also haven't responded to Agoda's direct email inquiry. the hotel manager, is always unavailable. Well what I didn't mention was at the time I checked out I have these red little bumps on my left and right arm - I figured they were mosquito bites in the evening and would go away. One week later they've grown itchier and spread like red welts across my arms and on the side of my face which touched the bed/pillow (i'm a side sleeper).

I like the location of this hotel. But, a little disappointed about the front desk staff was rather unfriendly to Asian. Also, the breakfast are not so good.

I will not be staying here again. I was put in a smoking room because the only other regular room they had was for handicap. The first room had a stain on the sheets. I had to pack up my belongings again and move to another room down the hall. No one apologized to me for this inconvenience or offered me some type of discount!
