Suprisingly nice”
I would definitely stay here again on a visit to LA. We were driving down to UC Riverside and this is an excellent spot to stay right off the freeway. Breakfast was good, with waffles, eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, muffins, coffee etc. Good value. Clean. Not super quiet as freeway is near, but it wasn't loud either, walls and doors are sturdy to keep out noise. Some fast food/restaurants right across the street.

Dirty”
During our stay, our room smelled terrible of sewage and the wall in the bathroom was rotting terribly. The location is a bit sketchy and loud since it’s on a Main Street and near the freeway. Otherwise, the bed was comfy but there was a brown stain on the blanket... and a black stain on the pillow. I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay. Oh yea the conditioner dispenser didn’t work and there is no body wash available just a soap bar. Also, the pool is unavailable, but I wouldn’t go in there. One more thing is that I don’t like how the elevator is outside... anyone can go into the elevator...

Had me waiting in the parking lot”
Despite seeing the confirmation of booking and payment through her system and my phone, front desk lady had me asked me to wait outside for a new shift to start because she couldn’t figure out how to check us in. This was at 10 in the evening. Completely unacceptable.

1. Friendlness of none mgt associates. 2. Comfortable bed. It was better than Westin bed. However, smoking smell at a none smoking facility was a major deal breaker.

Strongly recommended to guest who will drive around LA. Room was surprisingly good for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was adequate and staff was friendly. Another 2 thumbs up to a very good Best western franchise!

Room was great for the price. Clean, nice shower. Very decent breakfast (hot eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage) and a waffle maker. Nice selection of fresh fruit. The attendant, May, did an excellent job keeping the food stocked and the area clean. My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn't in service for the entire week we were there, which was disappointing.

It is not a fancy place, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue that I had was temperature... the little refrigerator was just cool inside, not cold. Not cool enough to keep food from spoiling. The AC in my first room blew barely cool air, not enough to cool the room much at all. The staff was understanding and moved me to another room with much, much better air conditioning. Breakfast ends early for me (9:30) but was pretty good. For the price, this was a pretty good place to stay.

Good Stay For LA Business”
I stayed here recently for a few days with my wife on business. It was pretty good. The night staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with passes to use the World Gym down the street so we could workout during our stay. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the fridge and microwave in the room helps us cut down food cost. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful, but the service person for breakfast was really excellent. Parking was ample in the day, but quickly filled up at night. It never affected us, but I could see it creating a problem. The day staff was the only negative. The guy behind the counter was oblivious to how rudely he came of to others.

Safe, clean and standard ”
Good things about the hotel is your right off the highway which is convenient. The bathrooms have been renovated which look good. Other than that. Simple hotel room, safe neighborhood and had no issues, staff was pretty cool The two negatives I have about this hotel. One. My key kept getting deactivated so every night I had to go grab a new one. Two. Turning on the lights gives it a bright room. Though if you wanted maybe a smaller light example a lamp next to your bed. There was none. So I stayed mostly in the dark due to the fact there was only one option for lighting. With the tv on.

I stayed 5 days. Manager was extremely helpful in promptly and satisfactorily resolving an issue I had. Reception staff very helpful and polite. Rooms excellent. I did not try the breakfast, so have no opinion on food. Overall an excellent experience.

Nice rooms, location”
Location was good and rooms/bed were clean. Restrooms were good and clean too. Only issue i had was with the staff, where they didnt clean the room on second night though i put the card to clean it (it could have been a miss too).

1. Location was good. It was near freeway entrance. 2. The front desk was very friendly. We let our packages arrived there and they help us receive them. 3. Parking free!! 4. Simple breakfast was good for us. There are some fruits there. :)
