Second time staying in a Best Western Plus. It was incredibly clean, the staff is truly friendly and accommodating, and the property is kept incredibly well. The bathrooms and beds are always very clean. I have sensitive skin and the sanitation process for the towels and sheets seem have someone like me in mind, which is amazing. As an added benefit the breakfast spread always makes for a great morning. I have yet to find a single thing to complain about so far with this chain.

It's a wonderful place! Just need a better location where you have access restaurants and more adventures.... The staff at Guest services and house keeping were very professional both night and day shift. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I would stay again with my family.

Great experience. Wanted a hotel that was kid friendly, economic and included breakfast. The staff were beyond amazing and accommodated me when asking for a room with bathtub for my two year old. Housekeeping was very friendly. The kitchen staff was also very friendly and offered many accommodations when dining with my two year old. The hotel is located right across from the Miami executive airport and there are a few shopping centers surrounded. Nothing in walking distance in my opinion. Overall positive experience and would stay again.

Our room was large, clean and comfortable. No dinner supplied at the hotel. Breakfast good. Car parking provided and free. Opposite Kendall Executive Airport there is no noise at the hotel at all. Would recommend it. The pool looked lovely, unfortunately we had no time to use it.

Really nice room, everything looked new. Bed was comfortable and overall pleasant stay. Good value at $118 for the night considering the quality of the hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were ok, didn’t seem too friendly but weren’t rude.

The most convenient place to stay if visiting King Jesus Ministry. Breakfast reasonably acceptable. Air conditioning in the rooms have to be serviced or changed. The air condition in my room 412 very noisy and needs to be changed.

Good place, horrible HVAC”
We left our First nice room immediately because of a high pitched constant screech from the air conditioner. We were graciously upgraded to a room where the HVAC unit made a deep loud roar whenever the air conditioning was running. We finally shut the unit off and spent a warm night.
