I am loyal to the BW brand. This is your typical Best Western. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is so close to the beach and an easy walk to the action on the main strip. Breakfast had a pretty good variety-hot eggs, sausage, grits, muffins, cereal, breads, waffles, fruit, hard boiled eggs. One of my concerns is the color of the water. Even after flushing the toilet, it doesn't look like you have...the other concern is that if you do want to enjoy the beach, there are no beach chairs. Nearby hotels are charging $17-$18 for a chair. That is ridiculous. PS I am still in my stay while writing this.

Rooms and other common places are very clean and nicely maintained. The view from the room was little disappointing. Clean staffs do not read the sign I put for privacy and they came to check me a few times even though I have put the sign on the door. They will knock on every door no matter what until they got to clean them, I think.

This hotel, while the staff were wonderful, friend and though full, the hotel itself needs some great work. The gym does not have dumbbell weights as pictured. The AC is very loud. And spews out water moisture inside the room. Among other things. There are better options. This hotel is good if you will hardly be in the room and it will be for a short weekend trip. Above all, the breakfast was the best, but needs to be extended from 6am to 12pm.

The assistant manager is rude and backward and made discriminatory comments to me..the rooms smell from mildew and the sheets have stains.the assistant manager kept some of my deposit money for no reason at all after I had stayed eight days because it was cheap..the breakfast tables are never washed which is very risky during covid..spend more and stay somewhere else

Great Location and Value for Money”
WEll presented Best Western Hotel - fresh modern feel. Hotels in Fort Lauderdale are expensive, especially by the beach. This is a great option if you are on a tighter budget. Good facilities, 2 mins to the beach, pleasant walk to Olas Boulevard and the beach front vibes further along towards the more expensive resort hotels. Breakfast was substantial and varied. I booked for a group and everyone said they thought the hotel was great, good value and would choose again! The staff were always smiling and pleasant with a good helpful attitude.

Old, clean hotel 200m from the beach”
Ok, clean, comfortable hotel rooms 200m from the beach with attached car parking next door. Breakfast is substantial. Cons. Hotel is old and walls are paper thin with no night light in the bathroom. There is no free parking available in the surrounds so forced to pay nearly $16US per night for in house parking, which makes the overall price far too expensive for what you get. Not value for money and not of the quality of other Best Western Plus that I have stayed in. If you have a car, I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Good location for both public transport and walking ”
We stayed post cruise .Our room was well presented,comfortable and had a balcony. The hotel is in a convenient location for both the Water Taxi and the Sun Trolley. The buffet breakfast although offered on paper plates was enjoyable with a good choice and more than adequate. The staff were all pleasant and friendly.We would definitely stay here again.

Teachers on spring break ”
We enjoyed the hotel for the location, continental breakfast and location. My one complaint would be that I reserved a room with a “garden view” and instead we had a view facing another hotel very close by. Every other side of the hotel had some kind of view but we just stared at all.
