Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable. It was not a big hotel but it serves its purpose. Its close to the subway and from there we can go anywhere we want in Paris. Had a good sleep in the soft bed. The front desk personnel was very helpful and has good English skills

so many paris hotel are terrible, but this one was nicely appointment and newly renovated. clean, comfortable with free internet and comfortable beds - i was pleased. ordered room service, a eur 15 club sandwich that took 40 mins to come, which looked like it was bought at the corner store. serves me right, you should be going out to eat in paris. windows are double-paned (i think) so noise wasn't an issue, and my room was an acceptable size, although i think it was on the bigger side (according to the emergency exit map on the door). only real issue is that it's far from the action - you'll have to take the metro (rome is the stop) which is a 10 minute walk away. overall it was a positive stay, good for business travelers.

we loved the nighbourhood. lots of local places to eat out or and buy good food for good price .bus 53 to san lazar or to the etoile is infront of the hotel.

The area is one station from a major shopping district, Haussmann-St.Lazare. The hotel is in a very pleasant neighbourhood. The room has a window that opens to a road with a row of distinctive French classic apartments. Beautiful. Really French.

Ongoing onstruction right outside the rooms, don't expect any sleep”

I picked Best Western as a familiar brand but this was completely different than typical Best Western. The location was a bit far from all the major attractions (like 20 💶 Ubers each way). With the inconvenience of the ongoing construction work I can't justify paying anything to stay here.

We arrived early and were welcome by a not so nice "you're too early, we have no room." We just wanted to leave our bags to start listing the city. So finally, we did but only because we requested that. We were totally ok to come back to check-in when a room is made. When back for check-in, we got a room quite ok (TV, fridge...) but the floor was really dirty and the bed could have been cleaner (dark traces on white sheets). Conclusion: not the worst but as it was sold like a "secret offer" supposed to be a super nice hotel, it felt really disappointing. Will not go back to that specific location and will not buy any secret offer on Agoda: it's totally deceptive.

Disaster, living nightmare ”

Called me spoiled but this hotel must be like what one would feel while in prison! If you are on a budget then you are better to stay in the train station since there is no words to explain the hotel itself am the area? Whatever you do don't stay in this hotel and shame on best western for even putting their brand to such facility! Trust me any hotel I better then this so unless you like sleepless nights and or enjoy hearing other people using the toilet and have a room without a window then move on to the next hotel ASAP. Not a safe place for ladies or even normal males to stay

Comfortable, well located hotel with lovely staff”

I stayed at the Hotel in June 2022 for a weekend with my teenage daughter. We chose the hotel owing to its proximity to public transport links and it being relatively close to Paris’ cultural attractions. Metro station is just across the road from the hotel. The hotel is small, but comfortable. The only catering is breakfast (optional) but there is an honesty bar on the ground floor where you can serve yourself drinks and snacks and the cost is added to your bill. The hotel also provided free chilled tap water to refill water bottles which was welcome as Paris was experiencing a heatwave with temperatures topping 40 degrees centigrade. Comfortable bedroom and luxurious bathroom. It would have been nice to be able to dine in the hotel but there are cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful - I cannot praise them enough!
