Great last minute deal!”
Comfy bed, good temp regulation, great pressure in the shower and very clean. The only issue I had were a pair of giggler's in the next room. Non-stop giggling until midnight. The sound must carry more now that hotels are moving to carpet free rooms. Make sure you have headphones or some kind of white noise, if you have to get up early.

Hotel is great. facilities were good. Staff generally helpful and cordial. Only objection was that I stayed there because grandson was in hospital . thee was not consideration for pricing (about two weeks) Actually increased pricing on weekends.

This is a well-located clean and pleasant motel in Nepean. It is always reliable. Staff are friendly. There are no amenities (gym etc.) except restaurant due to Covid-19.

It was OK for what I needed”
I think my room had a visitor. Clock radio shut off on its own and I don't mean the sleep button. The switch changed from Radio to auxiliary. I had to manually switch it back radio. The room was cold even with the heat on, but the thing is, the heat wasn't even on, the fan was off on the thermostat, and the setting for the fan was off, and it turned back on by itself. Was not set to auto, it was set to off. The remote for the tv flew off the desk. I said to whatever was "stop bothering me, I'm not leaving" Little bings and bangs continued throughout but nothing more. When people walked by in the hall if was really loud inside the room. Right now as I doing this review the TV just shut off on its own and turn back on, no power outage all the lights and everything else we're still on. I would stay here again maybe just not in this room. I was originally supposed to have a single room with a king bed, they ended up giving me a room with two queen beds. Rooms were not ready for check in

Very comfortable and clean. The wifi is definitely a plus enable me using iPad all the time...although there is also a free small business center in lobby.. Shopper's market just across the street inside a small mall with food court.. Convenient location if you suddenly need to get something..Breakfast not included, quite expensive.. Over 6 dollars for a tiny bowl of cereal..

Rooms were nice and updated. Didn't enjoy the bottles attached to the wall as compared to the typical mini toiletries. Common areas could use a refresh. Location was a bit further from the downtown core than expected (20-40 mins by bus).

I selected this hotel as it offered Queen beds. The beds are closer to doubles and they describe them as European Queen beds at the hotel. Otherwise, clean and comfortable.

Clean Hotel”
I have to say this hotel was very clean and staff were accommodating. I do think people should know that there is nothing in the area - it seems very out of the way and cabs/ubers needed to go anywhere. The advertisement said "downtown" it is far from the downtown core. I probably wouldn't stay there again just because of location but the hotel itself was fine.

They did not inform me when I booked through Agoda that my room would be next to the lobby and also be in the middle of a construction area. I could hear people in the lobby at all hours of the night, the walls are very thin. If my room had been somewhere else in the hotel, perhaps the stay would've been better...
