We always enjoy our stay at the Peppertree! The location is excellent for accessing NNU and/or Boise. Very clean and nice facility.

Customer service was terrible, no towels ever in the pool area, fridge was so warm when we got to the room, nothing would stay cold, not enough towels in the bathroom no extra blanket or pillows, conditioner wouldn't work in bathroom, had to ask for an extra box of tissues as toilet paper for a 2 night stay. No freezer. Just no where near worth what we paid for it.

Loved the Best Western Plus Peppertree in Nampa. The staff are friendly, the room is super clean and the bed was so comfortable. My first good night's sleep in ages! Would highly recommend this Gem.

Will never stay there again”
First off I was never greeted as I walked through the front door the woman at the front desk had attitude it took a 24 minutes to check me in my room note I was the only person there. We picked this hotel because we had a funeral to go to the next day. And we picked the hotel because it had a restaurant and a bar the bar was supposed to be open at 5:00 but the same girl who was at the front desk that checked me in was the bartender with even more attitude. The bar was supposed to open at 5:00 happy hour was 5:00 to 6:00 9 people sitting at the bar waiting on her to open she didn't get there till 6:00 . Came into the bar area throwing stuff around never acknowledging the nine people sitting there never asked anybody if they wanted something to drink all she did was take her time turning TVs on. We left so did 4 other people. So the hotel made no money off of us and we were going to have dinner there too but at this point we went to the store and bought a bottle of wine and ordered Domino's Pizza to be delivered to a room. And no no Management on duty just a bunch of young kids running in the front desk who knew nothing that's no way to run a hotel in my opinion.

Great central meeting in Nampa”
In town for a family event. Central location. Everyone hung out with us in the restaurant/pub - which was great. Clean and updated.

Disappointed and unrested”
First let me say the room was nice. The bed seemed comfortable. Walk in shower interesting but leaks water on the floor. This building seemed relatively new. It had to have been built without any thoughts of slamming doors, rooms next to a stairway, every footstep and muffled voices heard throughout the build. This went on till 10:30 pm and started back at 6:00 am. I was told upon leaving that I should have notified the from desk. Really, Seriously. Could they do anything about the poor insulation of the building or door hinges that need to be adjusted to help with the slamming doors.? Unfortunately we left disappointed and untested.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Peppertree Nampa Civic Center. I had a holiday party and planned on not driving after. The event was at the Civic Center across the parking lot from the Peppertree. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and I would definitely recommend. I will keep this in mind for future getaways.
