the pros about this place it is close to the st josephs hospital and other locations. it is quiet, you cant here the traffic. it is clean that there is no spots or dirt that i found. the free breakfast goes for a nice amount of time, and a lot of selections. the staff are very nice and helpful. Cons they do need to redo the walls, you can see where the prior wall hangings were because of the holes or screws still in the wall. in some places in the hallway you can see where they did not finish updating the runner and wallpaper where it is not holding on much. it would be nice if they had a guide, or menu of what the restaurant/ bar has available in the room.

No AC, lost reservation”

I really wanted to like this place, but it was a weird experience and I can't blame most of it on COVID-19. When I arrived for check-in there were already two people waiting to be checked in, but there was no staff. I waited for 25 minutes, watching construction in the lobby. I gave the check-in guy my name and he couldn't find my reservation, so he called Agoda and I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to tell me that since my last name was different on my ID (licensing offices are closed and I got divorced; all other info was the same...?) he needed to cancel my reservation and make a new one. To be fair, the TV in the lobby was blaring so loud that he may not have been able to hear me. Then he said he'd understand if I don't want to stay there, since there is no AC, housekeeping or breakfast right now. Pro tip: if you don't want guests, then close your hotel. I didn't want to go find another hotel and was just looking for a place to relax, sleep and get some work done, so I stayed. The WiFi was reliable. The bed and big bathtub are old but serviceable, and the couch/fridge/microwave are a nice touch. The lack of AC doesn't bother me-- it feels about right with the window open, but most people would probably hate it. The window has no screen. Good place for train-watching.

Broken a/c and elevator”

The A/C and the elevator were broken and we were put on the 6th floor. The windows barely opened and had no screen. We were hot and exhausted from the stairs, that were along the outside of the building. They would have been nice rooms otherwise.

Would not recommend! Front desk guy was incredibly rude!”

The hotel was going through a lot of renovations. There wasn't hardly any parking available even though there wasn't many people at the hotel. There is an underground garage that was not available to park in. Breakfast was listed as available in to go bags but there was no breakfast available whatsoever. Housekeeping was present but was told that they could not service my room. I rented 2 rooms for 3 nights and 1 of the rooms the TV did not work and the fridge froze everything and in the other room the TV did work but the fridge did not work. Over all what upset me the most was the fact that the front desk guy with dark hair and glasses was incredibly rude every single time I came in contact with him. He treated my boyfriend very rudely and wouldn't even let him in. Even though he was the 2nd person that was staying in the Room with me as I listed 2 adults for one of my rooms. He acted as though we were a burden and that is horrible customer service! I'll choose elsewhere next time!

Dirty, No A/C and a broken elevator ”

This place was really gross. The elevator was broken and we were put on the 6th floor. Had to walk up 6 flights with all of our stuff. The AC didn’t work and it was really really hot in our room being June. There was also food, garbage and cigarette butts in the stairwells. We almost left and drove home at 1am. But finally fell asleep. Do not stay here.

For attending Tacoma Dome event”

It was great for secure parking and a nice place to relax before and after attending a sold-out concert. It was no-frills but was worth the price.

Hotel de chaine internationale”

Hotel de chaine sans charme mais tres propre. On peut y diner Le petit-dejeuner est correct. Le tramway pour rejoindre le cemtre-ville (gratuit) est a 3 minutes a pieds. Ideal pour aller voir un concert au dome.

Für ein Best Western Hotel ein absoluter Reinfall. Zimmer abgewohnt und altbacken, winziges Badezimmer. Queensize Bett hatte maximal die Größe eines Fullsize Bettes. Preis absolut überteuert! Keine Annehmlichkeiten. Das Personal ist bemüht. Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Dome. Die Umgebung ist industriell geprägt und abstoßend. Keinerlei Aussicht.
