stay here during my concert trip and it was the best.room is very spacey,staff are friendly and helpful.they are always at the lobby and ready to help you with anything. we borrow iron on the first night and after they make up room the next day,they took the iron.and we thought it's ok we can request it again later but the next morning,one of the staff came and offered us to use the iron before we get to call the frontdesk and i just find that very impressive.we ordered room service too and the food was delicious.definitely will stay here again if i have concert at impact area.

We are staying now from October 19 until October 29. We are currently enjoying our stay. We would like to thank the staff especially the ones assigned early morning. We had 2 emergencies. One was on Saturday, October 22, early morning around 3:00 am. I need to rush my wife to the hospital and the nearest hospital is the World Medical Hospital. During that time, taxis are hard to find, but thanks to the staff that patiently waited for the taxi for us. Eventually, my wife was required to be admitted for 2 days at the hospital. After she was discharged from the hospital, on the early morning of Monday. I was also sick and needed medical attention, again the hotel staff patiently waited for a taxi for us. Thank you very much.

Located in front of the small and there is a hospital nearby, the room is small but modern, and the bathroom is spacious. Nice gym and pool. The window and coffee tray are dusty, the rest is clean including the floor and bathroom. Overall, will stay here again. Returned guest

The hotel located a few mintue from Central Chaengwattana where you can just simply walk cross the street (although there is a construction on sky train in the middle of the road, but still, they have a overbridge for you to walk across the street), Nice hotel, new, clean.

The staff is amazing”
The staff at this hotel is amazing. Super friendly and kind. The best thing about this hotel is its employees. My room was in the 20th floor and was very quiet and the view was amazing. The room, the shower and the toilet are very spacious. The room and the entire hotel was very clean and peaceful. The gym is awesome and I actually loved working out in a warm gym because it helped my muscles tension. The location is about an hour from downtown Bangkok, but its very safe, and calm. However, the bed (mattress) is super hard (firm), like a rock or cement. The pool doesn't get any sun at all and the water is very cold, and there is construction going on right next to the pool. The food is not that great and the coffee in the restaurant is not good. I got a good price when i booked the hotel, so overall the hotel was a good value for what i paid.

I cannot say anything bad about my experience. Staff was helpful far beyond what is expected. They even helped me when wanting a taxi to a certain bookstore to call bookstore for me to see if they had it before I went and calling all possible stores in area to find book for me. I was extremely impressed. Motel was clean and nice with nothing negative to report. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff was respectful and helpful. For example, one of the men provided assistance with my accessibility to the WiFi. Also, when I needed to extend my stay, the clerical staff was kind enough to adjust my lodging time while I was there. The hotel room was very clean. Fresh water and coffee was provided daily. Lastly, the hotel was conveniently located to a mall within walking distance. I will highly consider choosing this hotel again for another stay. Thank you.

Outstanding staff, very attentive, engaging and professional. Large rooms, bathroom, upgraded linens, robes, slippers , modern, trendy decor. This BW Plus is well worth the additional miles from DMK airport, a huge upgrade vs hotels in the vicinity of DMK. The mall is a short walk from the hotel, great mall, nice selection of food choices, brand name stores and so much more. Great room rates, and unexpected low rate. Booked a Grab ride to the airport vs. a metered cab.

Lovely stay”
It was our weekend getaway stay. We didn't expect anything much but our stays were beautiful. The location is good just 5 min walk away to a big shopping centre and 10 mins drive to Impact Muang Thong. The facilities are really nice. We also used their fitness and swimming pool (bit small).

Excellent Rooms & Breakfast”
The rooms were surprisingly big and extraordinary. We had gone there before the Covid-19 lockdown and there wasn't that many people. There was lots of parking if you have a car. However, during the time that we went, they were doing construction on the road connecting to the hotel. Thus, it took quite a long time to U-turn and arrive at the hotel. The hotel amenities were excellent and the room was very clean. The pool was very nice on the top floor where you can swim and look out at the other buildings. However, as there is no staff around to provide you towels so you have to go into the restroom to grab the towels yourself. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a wide selection of fresh baked pastries and western and thai dishes. From the hotel it is about a 15-20 min drive to Koh Kret which was really wonderful. I would stay here again if I had the opportunity again.
