Good hotel”
The view was horrible from our room but you can't really blame the hotel for that. Lol. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. I believe his name was Denzel. Everything else was great.

I really enjoyed my stay at the best western hotel . The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly especially Tangela. A pure joy to talk to . She s always there for any queries or questions.

Nice hotel but only good if you have a car”
We had a difficult time staying here in this hotel because we didn't have a car. Although very nearby to the hotel are some restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Sightseeing and shopping was not within easy reach from this hotel because public transport in greater Miami in general is fairly hopeless. The hotel room is clean and fairly big. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful although it would have been appreciated if they could provide more information on public transport around the hotel.

Dirty carpet and room damp”
I stayed here recently for my daughter's college orientation. It is a very basic hotel. There is a restaurant on site that opens at 7. We had to find other breakfast options as orientation started at 7 am. This wasn't really a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. What I did note that would make me not stay here again is the hall carpets appeared dirty and the room felt damp. I first noticed in the room that it seemed humid. I thought the bed might be damp, but it was actually cold. The carpet was definately damp! I almost slipped when I walked from the carpet to the tile! I slept awful for 2 nights because of the dampness in the room. I would stay here again if not for these two things. The proximity to Johnson and Wales can't be beat.

We still stayed a second time as location for this hotel is great. Supermarkets and resto are nearby. The staff are better and assisting our request. We got a bigger room to our delight:)

Good enough but so late check-in”
We appreciate the location being near to where we go everyday. We stayed their 3 times and the check-in was quite late. We came back twice and rooms were not ready. Staff tried their best to accomodate. The room with one king size bed is small that we opted for two queen bed room.

Location is ok, there are whole food market and some restaurants nearby. Room is clean but just a little cold and noisy. The staffs are very welcome! Will consider to stay here again!

Late check in”
The hotel is nicely located. But check in time was so late. They have a washing machine were guests can wash and dry clothes if needed. Good parking, an appropriate pool, small reception area. Comfy enough for a relaxing stay!

Great staff, clean room,ample free parking . Close to the beaches,restaurants and other amenities. The location is a bit noisy with the local traffic and the room felt damp .

It was perfect, convenient and affordable. The fitness center and pool were a bonus. It was close to everything. There were some great restaurants close by.
