Best Western Premier Arpoador has spacious, clean, well designed and comfortable rooms with complete amenities. It is very close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. And most importantly the staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. So for us, Best Western Premier Arpoador provided comfort and is worth to return to.

Good location, between Copacabana and Ipanema. Accepts dogs for a fee and provides a dog bed and water bowl. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff, speak English. Do not get room number 10, it is the same number as the reception (minus ‘*’) so we got calls in the middle of the night from other guests. Our room was located in ground floor, not a nice view.

Great stay in Rio”
Came to Rio for a wedding and we were apprehensive of where to stay and this place was amazing! Friendly English speaking staff, rooms were amazing and clean and plenty of space! A short walk to the beach and to local eateries! Great Stay!!

What I liked about the hotel: Staff: Very friendly, helpful, and professional (with the exception of one experience, details below). Breakfast: Delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Rooms: Modern and spacious. What I didn't like about the hotel: Cleanliness: The floor in my room was dusty and grainy/sandy. The bathroom had a lot of hair in the shower that wasn't cleaned, and there were small flies in the shower. Location: Although situated between Ipanema and Copacabana beaches, it was still a bit of a walk to either beaches. The good restaurants are a bit of a walk from the hotel in Ipanema (about a 15 minute walk to the first set of restaurants by the metro station A & B entrance). Wifi: Poor wifi signal in room 702. I had to stand by the door to get a slow connection (no connection while sitting on the bed). Staff: My experience with one staff member on the last day was terrible. She was unwilling to help me get a solution to my need.

It was a good stay. Staff was really helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and are fine. There could be here and their some maintenance, but the promised they will work on that. Overall it is a good hotel on a nice location. I would recommend it to friends and family.
