Exceptional”
We stayed at the BWP for 2 nights in July 2019. The service was great, and the room was clean and was nicely appointed. The only cons would be the stairs in the hallway leading to our room, prohibiting us from bringing a luggage cart to the room. The restaurant also had lousy service from one night to the next, and the servers didn’t seem to care and recommended other restaurants in the area.

Ski vacation that barely dodged a slip & fall”
The actual facilities are really nice, but the lack of basic maintenance needs to improve. I understand that the hotel is in a snow zone, but the lack of adequate snow removal causes the parking spaces to only be 1/2 actual length and difficult to maneuver around or see oncoming traffic. Also, there was so much ice at the entrance I almost fell twice. There is a large amount of dog feces on the side walks. Not sure if there are permanent residents or why this is the case, but it is gross & difficult enough to try and find non-slippery places to walk. The actual rooms are nice and main areas are clean.

Well equiped hotel, close to Navajo Peak”
Hotel is really well equipped. Each room has a fridge and microwave and came with a few extras that I'd only expect to see in a higher end hotel. The hotel itself has an indoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, arcade room, a beautiful bar and lockers for your snow gear that are free to use. This is definitely one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed in. Best Western is a trusted brand that you can rely on for clean and tidy rooms, but this was more than I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised. It's definitely on the pricier side for a Best Western, but worth it. Be aware that if you book via Agoda the price does not include the resort fee, which you will need to pay when you arrive at the hotel.
