Friendly service, clean room, comfortable bed”
Great experience, very centrally located. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was spacious with good water pressure. It is located in a side street, where the noise from outside is limited. We had an uncomfortable rain shower, which was directly fixed when indicated, so we could enjoy wonderful showers. The personal at the hotel is very accommodating and the hotel is a short stroll from the international train station.

Nice renovated hotel, friendly staff. A little on the small side if you’re more than two travellers I think. You’re only going to be staying in the room for sleeping and showering this is the perfect place.

Quaint hotel good location ”
Nice freshly renovated hotel located right on metro line 7. Only thing to note is, the rooms are tiny! If you have two large bags then you have to do a bit of Tetris to open them and get stuff in and out. Staff is nice and accommodating.

Near metro station, close to many areas in Paris, rooms are tiny but you’ll still feel very comfortable, maybe for solo travelers not a couple.

Too expensive for average service hotel. You can find better hotel in cheaper price than this one. No air-condition, no free water but too expensive!! Very noisy area in the day time!! Not recommended!!

Be prepared for Cold Treatment in Winter”
The hotel reception (Mary) complements the cold shower you have in morning. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. No hot water in bathroom on first night and morning, requested reception to get it fixed in the morning. When I returned to hotel at the end of day, I was informed that it was not fixed and won't be fixed for next couple of days by the receptionist, Mary. She did not even bother to get it checked during day and kept on arguing that its not hotels fault. Later I was informed that hotel was full and that they can do nothing better. Only when I insisted on talking to manager, I was shifted to another room which was said to be in operational condition. In this due process, the receptionist informed me that hot water is a luxury and not necessity, to quote her. However, even this room did not have hot water. So if you book this hotel, do carry a water heater for bathroom.

Scammed 50€ for the mini bar”
They charged me when I arrived 50€ for the mini bar as a deposit and said they would be returning it the next day if I did not touch the mini bar. The next day when I was about to leave I went to check out at the reception and asked for the refund and they only refunded me 5€ because of the city tax (as the city tax was 5€ for 2 people for 1 night) and did not refund me back. I asked for the 50€ and the guy who worked at the reception said he would be depend on the bank. When he could have just returned the same way he put the 5€ in my card. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and definitely do not recommend.

A good hotel”
It was good. Staff was able to speak english and very helpful in advice and directions. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The room size is small but that is the standard in central paris. Price was reasonable. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel, and the main train station - Gare Du Nord station is just 10 walk minutes away. Plenty of restaurants and groceries stores nearby. Overall a very good hotel.

Bestest best western (pun unintended)”
Great location, 10mins walk from Gare du Nord (highly suitable for eurostar travellers) & 30s brisk walk to the nearest metro station. Within 15mins walking distance to Galleris lafayette and Montmartre. Staff was friendly and there are great restaurants and bakeries around the area. Will definitely return.

Comfortable for Business man”
We were plan to visit Belgium. This hotel is near Gare du Nord, north train station. So, it was comfortable for us to get to the Belgium by Thalys. And right front of hotel there is a subway station. So it was good for us to travel. Facility was a little bit small but you know it is Paris.

Good Location, Comfortable bed but caution to those who are claustrophobic, the room is very small”
POSITIVES: 1. Helpful and friendly frontdesk staff. 2. Safe hotel. Didn't lose any valuables in this hotel (unlike stories which I heard of Hotels in Paris) 3. Great Location. The hotel is just beside a metro station. The metro in Paris is very well connected. The station is relatively safe. Don't see any pickpockets on the lookout for targets unlike other stations. 4. Very comfortable bed 5. Very well heated room. 6. Near a small supermarket - Franprix NEGATIVES: 1. Very very small room. We had problem to open our only large size luggage fully no matter how much we re-organise the room. 2.Inconsistent Housekeeping - At times, the housekeeping may just tidy up the room but forgotten to change the towels. At times, when the housekeeping remembered to change the towels, they forgot to top up the coffee and empty the rubbish. There was a day when I realised the housekeeping folded back the used towels instead of providing for a new set. We noticed this as we saw the same makeup smudge on the towel which we left on the floor for them to change.

Short Stay in Paris”
A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We arrived early in the morning from Malaysia and our room was available straight away, which is always appreciated when getting off a long flight! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, whilst small (understandably in the centre of Paris), were comfortable and reasonably appointed. The free wifi internet connection was fast and reliable. Will definitely consider staying here again and have already recommended it to friends heading to Paris in a few months.
