sleek & modern”
I would commend the Royal Santina Hotel as an interesting place to be holed up on a rainy day in Rome. Conveniently located up the block from the Stazione Termini, it is easy to get to, less so if you are hauling luggage up the hill! The staff were available & helpful, answering all of our questions & helping us sort out our options without being rude or pushy. Free wi-fi for my laptop enabled me to catch up after weeks offline. The included breakfast offered an interesting variety; the croissants were particularly nice & opened early enough to allow us to get to the airport comfortably.

Very nice hotel value for money”
This is the best hotel I have stayed during my Europe trip. I stayed here for 4 nights during christmas, i couldnt be happier with everything this hotel provided. Included in the room is huge variety of breakfast buffet, staff is very friendly and helpful. My room is clean, big and very comfortable. It also close to roma termini about 2 mins walk (major terminal where all the intercity train, buses and metro stops) which means we dont have to pay excessive taxi if travelled by train from other city/ country. It is close to supermarket (inside termini), bank and pastry shop. Republicca piazza is less than 10 mins walk and all the the other main tourist attraction like colloseum, roman forum and vatican city can be reached by metro in termini station I couldnt be happier with what the hotel provided and it is the best value for money

Very good”
The Royal Santina was a good choice for our recent trip to Rome because it was a very convenient location for us. It was close to the Termini Rail Station and was the hotel pick up point for our cruise with Cunard. The hotel and cruise hospitality staff were very helpful and courteous, answering our various questions and arranging for a cab to the airport on our departure. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet available for only 5 Euro. The rooms are on the small side. I would recommend a king suite rather than the double that we booked with Agoda as the bed was really too small for two people.

Convenient location”
It's just a few minutes walk from the airport shuttle station at the termini to the hotel along via Marsala. Termini station is very big with many exits and it may take much more time if the wrong exit is taken. Hotel design is modern with nice breakfast and wifi. Room is spacious clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom is big but the bath glass screen is difficult to use especially fornthe elderly. Open deck tour bus station is just opposite the hotel entrance. It may be a better option for those who do not like to walk under the burning sun in Rome now as most sightseeing points are not very close to metro. Public bus is not particularly easy and convenient to tourists.

Excellent experience.”
Very modern and was exceptionally clean. Lovely room but a little smaller than what we are used to staying in. Higher end bathroom amenities with large soft towels. Good water pressure. Breakfast was excellent and was good value at 7.5 EU per person. Lots of choices and was tasty. This hotel is my first choice when visiting Rome. Hotel is right across the street from Termini station. You can get anywhere in Rome in minutes by metro, cab or walking.

Good Value!”
We stayed in this Best Western in a recent trip to Rome. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and served the purpose. We ate the breakfast buffet which was ok for the 5 euro fee. It did help us eat quickly so we could go off on our daily travels. Location was fine as we took cabs for the most part. All in all, good place to stay while in Rome.

Ecellent hotel - great location in Rome”
Although modern this hotel and a nice feel and was very pleasant - we ate at the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal that was genuinely Italian. The breakfast was generous and the staff were friendly and very helpful. These factors and the great location next to the Termini stations made our brief stay very good. I would definitely return to this hotel of in Rome.

Conveniently located, nice & clean room”
As we came from the Rome airport to the Termini station with big luggage the hotel was very convenient for us, located right outside the station, easy to get to all sightseeing places within Rome with metro/bus/taxi. The room is not that big but decent size for a couple of nights stay. Bathroom very clean. Cool thing is they have 4 different lighting options, red, blue, green or white, you can choose which colour you feel like to light up part of your room. A nice, comparatively low cost hotel overall. (Breakfast was ok too, and reception staff very friendly, speaks okay English)

Clean hotel close to termini station”
If you are going to travel around by train, that is a perfect location to stay. We spent 3 nights in Rome before taking the train to other parts of Italy. Provided that we have couple big luggage, we rather picked a hotel that is closed to Termini station and take public transportation to go around the city. It's our first time to travel in Italy. So we walked a lot. It's very convenient to walk to many of the sites. And the hotel itself is clean and modern in a kind of old area.

Great Hotel”
Ambience lighting in room, bathtubs which is a rarity in Rome! Price is slightly above average however it is worth it. Well equipped room, very clean, professional staff who did not make an impression but did their job. Walking distance from the Termini Station which mean no lugging your luggage around upon arrival.

Nice modern Hotel”
Hotel is super near to the Termini central train station. I was travelling from Latina and arrived at the train station, Termini. I went out to look for the hotel and to my surprise it is just about 3 minutes away from the Termini train station. I thought i would have to take a rather long walk. But it was so near i actually smiled and told myself - am i ucky today. It is my first trip to Roma. The hotel is near to a lot of tourist attraction. One can literally walk to a few nice destinations; eg. The Colisseum, Trevi Fountain, Piazza le Spagna etc.... Food/eating places are always round the corners. Very convenient.

Friendly service”
The hotel is just a 1 minute walk from the main train station (Roma Termini). We arrived early in the morning. While the room was not yet ready, we were able to leave our luggage with the Front Desk and used the toilet in the lobby. The room itself was clean and modern. Drinks in the mini bar were reasonably priced. Many restaurants nearby were closed on the Christmas Eve. We ended up having dinner at the hotel. The waiters were attentive.

Good value”
Wonderful. We had wonderful time in Rome. The hotel was strategically located next to Termini bus/train station. Really recommended if you want to travel to other cities in Italy. The bathroom is equipped with large bathtub (unlike other hotel in europe with similar price range). And free wifi too! I assume the hotel is doing very good in business. So many people checking in, in groups. I even couldn't get an early check in, and had to wait until afternoon.

Great location, modern and lovely staff”
We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. It also equipped with gym, however it doesn't open 24 hr. The breakfast was affordable (5 euros /person) but the quality is average. The best thing is the location, only 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini Station.

lovely hotel, good service with no smile”
this is a very nice hotel. i will certainly come back. on arrival, i did not find the check-in counter staff very friendly, as they don't smile. but after 2 days staying there, i notice that is their 'style'. they don't smile but their service is good. in case you find them unfriendly, they are not. the room is big and clean, and the bed is comfortable. breakfast is also good. if you will be in rome for a few days by train, this will be your choice as it is very near the train station (50 metres).

Great hotel and convenient”
If you plan to move around italy/rome with train/ subway, this is one of the best hotel to stay. Termini is just a stone throw away. Great nice courtyard and a good place to have cigarrette..:-) Hotel just newly renovated and all look new and tidy. Check out how you can change the light settings in the room, from white to green to red etc. All by a single push button. That is an experience! Breakfast buffet is good with quite a wide selection. You can check out early and get them to keep your bags if you are not leaving immediately. For security purposes, they will tag your bag and give you a receipt which must be produced upon collection. That's good. Pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Great Location. Modern, Clean Hotel.”
The hotel is just a block away from the Termini (main train terminal) station. You can easily access train and bus transportation within minutes. The hotel rooms are large, and modern with nice bathrooms and great water pressure in the showers. The breakfast buffet includes a wide variety of items that should suit just about everyone.
