Good Location
We recently stayed in this hotel, staff are friendly and helpful. They even allow us to use their adaptors for free. Cleanliness is also good. Just 2 mins walk to train station.

Overall Very Good!
The location was 2 minutes from the subway. Excellent location for travelling to the nearest hot spots. The people at the front desk were very kind. The rooms were nice a spacious, however when taking a shower, the floor would almost be flooded with water and would just sit there with improper drainage. That was OK for the most part. The worst part of the experience was "the concierge". He was a younger man, but he was NOT helpful at ALL. We wanted to find a nice place to eat for dinner, but he said that because it was a holiday nothing would be open. I understand it was a holiday, but he wouldn't even help us LOOK for a place. He just said, "go to this area and look around." Thanks man. The whole purpose of "the concierge" is to help people navigate a city that they are unfamiliar with. This man was getting paid for doing nothing. Other than that, wonderful experience.

Not a 4 star hotel
The hotel rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures but still acceptable. What wasn't acceptable in how badly cleaned are the rooms. On the first night the whole family couldn't sleep at all since the beds were filled with allergens, basically the beds were dirty. I called housekeeping to see if they could have the bedding and covers changed but they only brought 1 duvet cover knowing that we had 2 beds in the bedroom. I changed the duvet cover on the large bed and we all slept on top of the duvet since we didn't get clean sheets to change. Since we had to sleep on top of the duvet to avoid the allergens we had nothing to cover ourselves up with so we used the sweaters we brought with us and also the pajamas that were provided by the hotel. In the morning I have let the front desk know about our situation and they told me that they will make sure that our room got disinfected and all our bedding changed. However to my disappointment once we got back to the hotel that night I noticed that the sheets and covers were changed but the bed itself wasn't clean. I could see at least 20 strings of hair in between the sheets and the mattress which means that no throughout cleaning was done so unsurprisingly the beds were once again very itchy and I had to ask for new sheets once again and change them myself. The following morning I had complained to the front desk once again and only then was the room really cleaned. So out of the 4 nights that I stayed at the hotel only 2 had been reasonable. Hotel rooms are not well kept, bathroom and room furniture are old and a big improvement is needed for this to be a 4 stars hotel. There is nothing to eat around the hotel and the surrounding is filled with hardware and lamps stores. Out of the 4 nights at the hotel, we had room service twice and ate lunch at the hotel once. The food is not bad but prices are quite high. The staff was not friendly at all. On the first day when I arrived I asked the lady at the front desk if

Decent rooms with reasonable price
Located in very good place in Seoul. Nearest subway station is under rebuilding. Except for that, everything was fine for me.
