Great renovated rooms, close to subway”
It is about 2km from Arc de Triomphe (sp?) and Champs Elysees Road. It is about a block from a subway stop making it very easy to navigate around the city. Much to eat around the hotel. Rooms are small, but they are all that you need. Bathrooms are large enough. Two small balconies giving the room a great ambience. Friendly front desk staff.

Under renovations when we stayed”
The hotel was undergoing general renovations at the time but we got a modern room with all the mod cons. The staff were helpful and friendly and its in a good location to either catch a Metro or stroll to the Champs Elysees.

Close to Metro, Convenient Store and Good restaurants surrounding ”
Hotel is located in quite location and surrounding with great Asian restaurants. Europe Metro Station is only 30 seconds walking from hotel. Comfortable bed. The only thing to complain is house keeper cleanliness. I'll be back to Best Western Premier Le Swann on my next business trip.

A great place to stay for a few days”
Hotel was in a great neighborhood with a variety of restaurants (recommend, Le Coin around the corner), groceries and a self serve laundromat nearby. We found that some restaurants may be closed after lunch and not open till around 7:30pm for dinner. Service was good, rooms are a bit on the small side but my husband loved the balcony to our room. However, when visiting Paris for the first time as a tourist, I would maybe find a hotel located closer to one of the tourist sites that way you don't have to always have to catch a cab etc. to go somewhere or use the metro which was close enough. This would be a good hotel for business visitors.

Loved every minute”
we booked this hotel at last minute as we forgot about our accomodation, and i'm so glad we did. i think if we had more time we'd probably have skipped over it. we were desperate and chose this hotel, and it was the best place we've stayed all trip. the reception staff were incredibly nice, check in and out was so easy and quick. the rooms were a decent size for the two of us, and the shower was spacious (which we loved). we ended up coming back and for the same price we were upgraded to a bigger room. i highly recommend this hotel. although, there are renovations going on so you'll wake up to those works (we didn't mind), and the hallways smelled strongly of paint. again, we weren't fussed with any of this as it's not like we were kicking back in the hallways, but i'm sure there are people out there that would have a problem with this. but i strongly recommend this hotel. it's also close to the metro.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. ”
Exactly what I expected for a hotel in Paris. Like being welcomed into your mothers arms making you feel snug and secure. Beautiful architecture from the front, small intimate room and a small balcony that you can't actually sit on and have a meal but your in Paris what's not to love? Can walk to Montmartre from here. A short walk to Gare Saint Lazare giving you a short metro ride to anywhere. Close to everything but far enough enough that it's not noisy. Loved my stay here.

Best hotel”
Hotel is a stone's throw from Saint Lazare Station, a nice walk to Galleries Lafayette and all major attractions on Champs Élysées. Best value for money! Had a stunning view of the Sacred Coeur from our balcony.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, close to metro”
Before our stay i emailed the hotel to ask questions about the city and airport transfers, they replied in perfect english and answered all my questions. When i showed up the staff was very helpful and all spoke english. The rooms were very nice, a little small but that's normal in Paris. It's a 7 minute walk to 2 different metro stations and a 15 minute walk to the Royssibus pick-up/drop-off location. It's newly renovated (2013) and very modern. Internet wasn't great.. wireless kept cutting out so that was annoying but it was free! FYI the glass bathroom door doesn't give much privacy so if you're a shy couple that might be a problem :)

a small nice hotel in a nice area in paris”
the service was great and the hotel is located at a very convenient location. walk-in distance to metro, a lot of restaurant, close to champs elysees shopping district. I will definitely come back. My only comment was the room is a bit too small to put 4 big luggage.

It's a gem.”
This little hotel is a great little find. Staff is helpful. Rooms are tidy and clean. Interesting design even in the rooms that are "cozy" in the style of most places in Paris! Never felt cramped or like we didn't have enough space. Pro tip, ask for a room with a bathtub. They are SUPER deep and sizeable considering the size of the rooms! Great for a soak after exploring the city!

Compact, bijou & more than a little bit fabulous”
have been to Paris a fair few times before but nothing can compare to this stay! The hotel is in a less touristy part of Paris but there is plenty close to it - great bars, bistros and restaurants. And if you are lucky to be looked after by the fabulous Audrey at the hotel, she's the local expert it's like having your own tourist office on tap!

Lovely hotel in this magical city”
Lovely hotel room, clean and stylish, plenty of space and once we figure out how close it was to the Europe Metro and how the Metro worked, we were unstoppable. Great to be able to come back to this cool comfy room at the end of every day. Paris has captured our hearts and this hotel, along with its friendly staff, definitely helped.

Very good location and a good hotel”
By no means i would rate this a 3 star , Its for sure a 4star . Small rooms but great rooms enough for a couple, very well organized, 3 local metro close by hence can reach any part of Paris from here. Arabic restaurant just in front of the Hotel.

Small but perfectly formed and great value.”
First impressions weren't great as the front-desk and back-office areas were undergoing renovation and temporarily crammed into the small lounge. The room we booked wasn't available so we were upgraded to an executive suite which was nice. Although initial initially disappointed by the size of the room, we quickly began to appreciate the many good things about this hotel. The room was newly renovated and spotless, with good quality sheets and comfortable mattress. The shower, air-con and Nespresso coffee machine all worked great and the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The only problem we had was with the washbasin plug. There was no way to unplug it to let the water drain out. However that was quickly fixed upon notification to the front-desk staff. Breakfast was an extra cost option at €9 net and turned out to be quite a substantial buffet spread that included a variety of cold cut meats as well as hot items such as scrambled eggs and pork sausages. There wasn't an over-abundance of items, but whatever was offered was high quality. Staff were attentive and friendly despite the disruption from the builders working all around them. The front-office staff spoke good English and dealt with all our requests efficiently, from borrowing an adapter for UK appliances and an umbrella to getting the washbasin plug fixed. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood which felt safe at night. There isn't much of interest for tourists in the immediate vicinity, but the location makes a good base. It's centrally located between the fashionable restaurants and bars of the 17th arr. to the west, Montmatre to the NE, the main shopping district of Bvd. Haussmann to the SE and to the south, the river Seine and museums. Not forgetting the nearest Metro station (Europe) which is just 2 mins walk from the hotel. All-in-all we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel which although small, lives-up to its claim of being 'elegant' and has the stamp of quality throughout.

Lovely stay”
This hotel is a little out of the way, but nice to come back to a quieter area after you have been sightseeing all day. Staff are very nice and helpful. Check in and out were efficient. Taxi from Gare du Nord around 17 Euros. There are some nice restaurants in the area and a little supermarket. Would stay here again if we came back to Paris!

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing location!!”
Me and my friend stayed here during our 4 day stay in Paris and it was absolutely amazing. The location is amazing 2 minutes from the metro. The staff are lovely, speak clear English and help where needed. The beds are big and extremely comfy and all rooms are just the right size with great WiFi and other essential facilities.
