Best Western Felicity - a good one”
Best Western Felicity Hotel.. It's recommended. For those who visit shenzhen to shop at Luohu, it's a good choice. There's Shangrila which is closer to Luohu shopping complex, but price is much more expensive. From Best Western, it's about 10 minutes walk to the shopping complex. And there are convenient stores next to the hotel. Also, there's a good fast food restaurant close to the hotel. Cake shop offers special price after 6 pm. check it out :) All in all, it's worth the price.. I'd say it's excellent.

Of all the hotels I have stayed in during 30 years, I experienced the best service from the staff at this hotel.They went over and above the normal requirements of service to meet my needs. The room was of a good size, well furnished and extremely clean. The bathroom was well stocked and furnished, very clean, plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and robes.The view of the river from the rooms at the back of the hotel is great. The buffet breakfast would satisfy both western and Asian tastes and the restaurant staff speak some English. I highly recommend the Best Western Felicity Hotel in Shenzhen and I will return there in a few weeks.

Going to Shenzhen BEST WESTERN WAS ALLWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE OF HOTEL. With most hotels in China hotel value preferences as to payments and others are more priorities rather than customers needs. With Best Western hotel customers needs are their first priority. The staffs are so helpful and do all they can with great enthusiasm. My last travel took me to 7 cities in China with 3 days and 7 hotels never did we ever got such a treatment as that of Best Western. A great relief WITH GOOD HELPFULL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT to have on my very last phase of my journey. Greatly pleasing was that of having a room being changed from a superior double bed to a suite. On my return to my room on the second day of stay we found our room left un cleaned and bed left un-made in the state left after sleeping. My wife called the head counter and was so furious. On first the management as and beg forgiveness due to short of staff but would investigate further. After sometime the housekeeper came with her array of equipment and apologize. There about five minutes the manager called and reported that the mistake was that of ours because the light was switched on (not to make the room) . My wife apologized that she did not know the switch exist . Anyway despite the mistake management informed us that they would rather for go and change our room to avoid inconvenience to us. Surprising though was seeing a suite instead of the same size of room booked by us. wow what great fun a new year gift from management for being a member of AGODA.

I heard about Best Western Felicity Hotel from my friend. He gives me a good review about them, then I decide chose best western hotel from agoda.com. Well all I have to say is best western are good, I got best view from my room and the important is the room is clean! And also the hotel has a put into action about green campaign (which is important issue for nowadays) without decrease they services. At the lobby we can find a good bakery and the taste is not bad! Most I like is the location of the hotel is near from Lo Wu Mall and station. It simply 3 days great satisfied at best western. If I must holiday to Shenzhen of course I will stay again at best western felicity hotel and loves to reference to others.

Excellent location”
the hotel is just about 5 mins walk from the station louhu. it was my last city in china and i was tired from all the travelling and luggage pulling. the moment i entered i was floored by the huge lobby, the b’ful atrium café and the sheer size of it. check in was very efficient and i took the elevator to my room on the 23rd floor. inside the lift, i could see “welcome” written on the roof of the patio. i felt welcomed. though, the room wasn’t the best in the world but it has every means of luxury and necessity. the view from the room was to die for. on the left of the river was hongkong and on the right was shenzen. there was a writing desk with lan connection (free) and i could see the city while using my laptop and was enjoying it so much that i couldn’t get up from that chair for a long time. across the road is one of the best shopping malls of shenzen called louhu community shopping mall. very good shopping there. best western felicity is a 5 star at the price of 3 star. although, they will need to renovate it sooner than later but the view, service of staff & location will more than make up for the rather old design of the rooms. when i use the word old-i am basically referring to the old style furniture & wall paint.

Best Western Felicity turned out to be above my expectation. do not judge the hotel from outside, because the best part is inside the room itself, nice room with nice view and clean bedsheets, as well as the free in-room internet service. The location is very convenient if you want to shop at LouWu, and if you want to go around the city since the train/bus station is only 5 mins walk. i will stay there again for my next visit to shenzhen.

I used to stay at this hotel few times already, the hotel room is clean. This time I did book 4 rooms and all of us were satisfied staying at Best Western Felicity Hotel. I've noticed this time that most of Best Western Hotel in Asia such as in Jakarta, Macau as well as this hotel in Shenzhen did not provide WIFI in the room but only the lan cable. You can get WIFI at hotel lobby only.

Beside of some comunication problems, the assistant manager upgrade me to a very nice room. This is my third time at the Best Western Felicity Hotel, the location is very convinient in the heart of Louhu District, were you can find some western restaurant and good shopping.

Best Western Felicity Hotel Shenzhen is located in a very heart of Shenzhen. Easy access to all public transportations. I believe a great value for my stay at this hotel. I think the room is nicely decorated and the service was great. It is really convenient to stay here because it is located near business area. I believe I will stay at the Best Western again if I go to Shenzhen.

The Best Western Felicity Shenzhen is an excellent hotel. The support staff (cleaning, maids, ground staff) 10/10. The administration clerical, reception, staff are efficient but 30% of those workers are arrogant to say the least and are just going through motions. They didn't put much effort into assisting me, a traveller new to China, at all. The switchboard who transferred the international calls for me was always well received by the callers, so I am pleased with their response.

i have stayed in this hotel couple of times prior to my stay on 16.2.2012 and have always find it to be the perfect hotel to stay in shenzhen especially after crossing over from hong kong. although the last time i stayed here was in 2007, it has not changed much except for the neighbourhood which is much more developed now. the staff are still very friendly and helpful and the hotel is being maintained very well. the shenzhen railway station and the luohu metro station are just a short walking distance away which means getting in and around shenzhen and to guangzhou is a breeze.

My Brief Encounter with Best Western Felicity”
Staying for five days at the Best Western Felicity in this month was a truly pleasant experience. Apart from the slow service at the front desk, I found my porter to be bright and very helpful. Room service was excellant and very prompt and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The girls at the sports bar were very helpful though it was difficult communicating due to a lack of English. My room was very comfortable and had a great view. I felt very safe and will definitly stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel before and we will come back again because of the location so close to the bus and train terminal, and shopping mall where we can shop.

this is a nice hotel in Shenzhen, very well located in luo hu district, near subway and a huge shopping place. by subway you can go to almost all the city. this hotel's room is very comfortable and big, they offers internet connection and so many amenities. that is pity that the price doesn't include breakfast, but it is very chip to a five star hotel. generally is a good choice for staying in Shenzhen.

the hotel is located right behind the luohu immigration border (shenzhen-hongkong border), so if you come from hongkong to shenzhen, this hotel will be good option. we can walk 5 minutes from the border exit, go upstairs and the hotel right behind the building. the room is good but it doesn't seem like 5 stars hotel, more like 4 stars hotel.

This is the least horrible hotel in Shenzhen”
most hotels in shenzhen mislead customers with incorrect photos, incorrect facilities listed, etc... i've stayed in many hotels in shenzhen and best western, while it had it's problems, was the least objectionable. location isn't bad. it's on the "dark side" of the train station meaning you'll get lots of offers to meet a girl ;), but it's right next to the train station which is great, and only walking distance to pretty much everything you need. it has a full suite of services - spa, restaurants, room service 24/7, etc. no wifi in rooms which i find remarkable given the price and that it markets itself to western travellers. it's pot luck if when you have an enquiry, or want to order room service as to whether there's someone who can speak english well enough to help you. overall though, i could find someone who spoke enough english. my room was clean, large enough, had all the facilities, i like it. and probably one of the softer beds i've ever had in shenzhen. i couldn't extend my stay without booking through agoda again - something very frustrating given that i was already staying at the hotel. there was lots of little things i really hated about the hotel - mainly just inconsistencies in service, the inability for staff to cater to some basic requests, but hey, it's shenzhen.

We can always recommend the Best Western Felicity Hotel for its good location in Shenzhen close to the major rail and bus connections. The rooms are clean and comfortable, room service excellent. Registration failed several times now to understand the importance of a non-smoking room when a non-smoking room is booked in advance.
