Solo travel with high demands”
The pros of this hotel is that it is directly next to the airport. It makes it simple for me to travel to Boise. I feel safe with it being in such a good area of Boise. I have always had a friendly face to greet me and a clean room. The breakfast is awesome. Eggs, bacon and sausage. Oatmeal, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Waffles, juice and coffee. You name it they have it.

Good hotel with attentive staff”
We were moving my stepdaughter back home. It was a four day/three night trip. The staff were very courteous and flexible with our "late arrival" as, due to weather, we were later than we anticipated to every stop. They also accommodated her dog (only allowed in the rooms, nowhere else inside the property). We got a good nights sleep and a filling breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Comfy and clean room with business desk, large comfy chair to watch TV in, well appointed, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice indoor pool and great restaurant (Kopper Kitchen) in the same parking area. We would stay here again.

We have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. The coffee is good in the breakfast area. I am not too fond of carb heavy breakfastes, and this one has lots of choices to pick from.

Nice hotel ... No complaints”
I only stayed 1 night on route to Yellowstone and had no complaints. Small but comfortable room although a little dark... Nice bed so had a good nights sleep and pretty quiet. Breakfast options were enough to satisfy....would stay here again if need a room for a short time....

treated very poorly by management”
this app says the hotel accepts pets. 1 1/2 days onto our 5 night stay we were called by management saying we needed to leave because they do not accept pets. we were treated like we had lied about having our pets but the person who checked us in was aware and had even changed which room we would be in so it would be easier to take them potty. we were charged $40 extra. we received no housekeeping or refill of supplies because our cat was in the room without us we were told. we had to make arrangements to stay someplace else and are trying to get refunded for the nights we didn't stay here. the staff was so rude that we will not stay again or recommend this place to anyone.

In the Middle of a Remodel”
The interior lobby was being remodeled during our stay. With workers and the related noise starting at 8:00 in the morning. Too bad if you needed to sleep late. Then in the evening we have children running around at midnight making noise. Is the staff sleeping too?

A little worn in the bathroom, but great location, price, breakfast, and common areas. Really liked the L-shape room setup as it gave us space from the kids' bed.

Horrible ”
We started our stay with a dirty bathroom and was handed cleaner and rags to clean it ourselves. We woke up to a fire alarm and no staff anywhere in site. Breakfast was a disaster after the firemen cleared us for reentry. Never staying here again!
